I was impressed with the boards picturing plants for various light conditions and being able to see some I wasnâ t familiar with. I was having existing landscaping upgraded and he had great suggestions for changes. He also texted pictures of previous jobs and I could see how various plants/shubs Looked like together.

Jim gave a very competitive bid, and did exactly as I wanted. He replaced a retaining wall and replaced some over grown landscaping in the front yard. He rocked the landscaping and put some of the rock from the old wall in the landscaping. The guys also added rock at the bottom of the driveway to make it look nicer. Jim was very accommodating with scheduling, and handled a drain that ran down the wall at no additional cost to me. I will definitely use him again!

I have to say, if more companies did business like Ethos, there would be nothing but totally satisfied customers. Understanding that everything doesn't go right during projects like this, they made it easy for the customer they are serving. I felt that the price was a bit higher than it should have been, however, this remodel project did involve some structural issues and I was completely satisfied with the work and supervision that Allen Townley provided. He is a really nice guy and I would not hesitate at all to recommend Allen Townley. This remodel work is now 17 years old, we have had no problems or issues, and everything still looks like new.
