"Overall, pretty good. Used the contractor to clean the wall-to-wall carpet in two properties. They did a good job. Also, used them to pick up and clean an area rug that had dog urine on it. I was told they cleaned it several times and used a deodorizer, but they made no mention of using a neutralizer. They were late picking it up and tried to reschedule. They also tried to reschedule delivery. I asked that it be returned rolled up so I could store it until after some furniture had been delivered, but it was returned folded. Their price was significantly lower than others. Good for cleaning in-place carpet, but not so good for pickup/delivery."
"First of all I’d like to say this contractor and his workers were great, and there professionalism was second to none. The quality of their work definitely is 5 stars. Me and my wife were going through a full remodeling of our entire first floor and part of the second floor. We got them to do some patch work from the new lighting we had installed, and we had some major patch work throughout the house. The work they did was flawless. Then we had them to paint and repair the dry wall. The work they did with the painting and everything that came with it was excellent. They painted the walls, ceiling trim, doors on two floor, and knocked it out in 3 days. They were always on time, always cleaned up after themselves, always check with us to go over the details of the work step by step. We did the walkthru with owner when the job was finished, and it was great. Me and the wife took our time going over their work with a fine tooth comb and they didn’t miss a beat. They even touched up things that they didn’t have to do. The price was excellent, the best quote that I received. We would definitely recommend this company for any type of home remodeling projects."

I could have been more specific about painting details of the room assuming the doors which required glossier paint would have been painted. The contractor had not confirmed I that understood what was to be painted so the doors and trim on wall were not included. I was disappointed though he did a very good job with everything else. So don t make assumptions and ask about everything!"
"I began my search for a handyman (TV mounting on wall and wire running behind wall) on a Saturday evening and JP was the first to respond, quickly - within minutes. I weigh responsiveness and follow through heavily when I evaluate potential service providers and JP was fantastic with both. He educated me throughout the process, most notably before coming to do the work. Admittedly, I am not the most handy of homeowners and JP brought to my attention small details I would have otherwise overlooked (equipment/materials necessary for the job). He ordered all the necessary equipment himself and brought it with him, so I didn t have to do any of that. I really appreciated that aspect. Leading up to the scheduled day of work, JP checked in to make sure timing was on par with my expectation and even offered to come earlier in the day. Once he arrived, he was as professional as it gets. Very warm and welcoming demeanor. I showed them where the work needed to be done and he walked me through the steps, what to expect and even shared some advice on how I should think about the project. I took his advice and it worked out perfectly. Again, I m not the most handy of homeowners, so it was nice to have him suggest what should be done and how. He finished the job in great time, all while being extremely thorough and attentive to my asks. Upon completion off the work, he walked me through exactly what he did, how he did it and then showed me how I can make my own adjustments in the future if I so choose to.
