The service technicians are extremely polite and thorough. I really like the extra cautions the company takes to let me know who my service tech will be and exactly when he is coming. I never have to spend a whole day by the phone again. They donâ  t track in dirt and are always certain to make sure I am satisfied with the work. The office and scheduling staff are incredibly nice too and when you are a known client they work extra hard to get the service done quickly, even if it means some extra hours for the service team. I cannot imagine the heat and awful conditions are for these technicians but they never complain and are always friendly and competent.

Upstairs would not cool down with the unit on, called indoor mechanical and Robert and Josh came out within 24 hours. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer.

I strongly recommend this company. They were willing to work around my work schedule in order to repair my ac. I had Nest thermostats installed that weren't working correctly. Chris came and knew exactly how to set them up properly and had them working quickly. I also asked him to check out an old wall unit that wasn't working. He found the issue and gave me an honest recommendation. I hired him again to do an installation. I'm very pleased with his work and will definitely call him again.
