    We set up an appointment and Brandon was there on time a young man who was very pleasant introduced himself and was ready to work. I explained the problem that the baseboards behind the fridge and stove needed minor repair and chalking because I was having an ant problem and I knew for a fact that's how they were getting in. He moved the stove and was very easy not wanting to scratch my floors and repair the baseboard. He then did the Fridge and was done.He had me check it and everything looked great. He asked if there was anything else that needed to be done as far as chalking to make sure the ants wouldn't be a problem any longer. I told him everything look great and that should do it.     Dave Stark was the craftsman sent to me by Las Vegas Handyman and he was fantastic! I had found an advertisement for Las Vegas Handyman in the Mountain's Edge newsletter. I called and got an appointment for a quote very quick. (Especially for summer in Vegas!) When he came, I showed him everything I needed done. I had told him I'm going to get the house painted soon so I can put it up for sale and he told me certain things I wanted to get done that the painters would do for cheaper than he would be able to do it for. I appreciated his honesty with trying to save me some money. I called to schedule an appointment and pay my $100 deposit. Ended up being able to get an appointment for less than a week from when I called. Dave called me right at 07:55 which was before his beginning time frame (supposed to show anytime between 08:00-10:00) to inform me of the last of things he needed to pick up (since the flooring company I had previously purchased the flooring from told him they had my stair nose in stock when they didn't *no surprise. The flooring company was horrible when I used them!*). Gave me an estimated time of when he'd get here and showed up before that. Great communication skills! Most contractors I've hired in the past haven't bothered to call at all. Dave was here about 5 hours to patch and retexture two massive holes in my ceiling from two old ceiling cans I had taken out, replaced a stair nose, repaired the trim on one of my doors that my dog had chewed up, replaced 3 major areas of baseboards, fixed a toilet that wouldn't stop running, and re-glued a transition piece that had come off. Not only did he do a great job, but I was very impressed by how quickly he got all of it done. Dave had a great personality. Not one of those contractors that comes in and has a bad attitude or is awkard to be around. He was very nice and had a great sense of humor. He was also very meticulous in making sure that nothing was damaged or dirty when he left. I will definitely suggest him to anybody I know needing work. First contractor in Vegas I've had that I've been happy with. I'm moving to Seattle soon and wish I could call him there for anything I need

    I cannot even express how happy I am with Abel’s expertise in what he does. I reached out to Abel because I had 8 rooms/areas in the house that still needed crown moulding. Abel instantly identified which moulding would exactly match the existing moulding throughout the rest of the house. We set a day for the install ... I asked him how long it would take? His answer was, 1 day. I thought to myself, no way! But sure enough, Abel and ? completed all 8 rooms/areas before the end of the set day. From the very beginning to the end, Abel was pleasant to have around, polite and professional. He cuts (perfectly) on premise ... He works fast and cleanly ... meticulously covering with plastic and taped all the work areas ... and finally, the painting is perfect. Needless to say, my husband and I are very, very happy.     We are so pleased with our choice to use Lenzen. They gave a very professional image talking to Shaun about the project, which included the shed and well house as well as our house. Then, when the windy season finally finished, they started work. Everything was expertly handled by Kal, our man on the job. He discussed everything he was doing and why.
