Horrible experience and very unprofessional. For a family-owned business that is not too far away from me, I was unpleasantly surprised on how unprofessional they were. I called on a Friday to request an estimate to get my garage floor leveled in preparation of putting flooring down. We agreed that Sunday at 11:00 a.m. would be ok, and he asked me if that was still fine that it was Mother's day, for which I said yes. Sunday came and went and he didn't show up or call. Before leaving a negative review, I do like to give the benefit of the doubt. I called today and spoke to the gentleman at (469) 353-1709, and asked why he didn't show up. He said it was because it was Mother's day... briefly apologized and said he would come today. I asked if he could come after 3:30 p.m. and he said he would be at my home at 5:00. He asked for my address, which I gave, and my phone number, which I also provided. Here it is 6:40 p.m. and no show again and no call. I called and left a voicemail after 5 and texted him and no response. Given my experience, I would not trust any positive reviews of this company as they were probably written by friends or family.
