만약 KB스타알림이 정상적으로 설치되어 있는데도 문자를 받으셨다면 [휴대폰의 설정-애플리케이션-KB스타알림-저장공간] 메뉴에서 데이터를 지워주신 후, 설치되어있는 KB스타알림 앱을 삭제하시고 재설치하여 다시 한 번 등록해주세요.

[앱 접근권한에 대한 고지]
※ 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률 제 22조의 2(접근권한에 대한 동의), 동 시행령에 따라 KB스타뱅킹 서비스 제공을 위하여 필요한 접근권한을 아래와 같이 안내해 드립니다.

[선택적 접근권한]
* 전화 : 휴대폰 상태 및 기기정보에 대한 접근권한으로, 환경설정 내 버전 확인과 휴대폰본인확인 시 사용됩니다.
* 저장공간 : 투자정보 PDF 다운로드 시 사용됩니다.
* 주소록 : OS 4.0.4 미만 버전에서만 로그인을 위해 사용됩니다.

※ 선택적 접근권한의 허용에 동의하지 않아도 KB스타알림 서비스의 이용이 가능하나, 필요한 일부 기능 사용에 제한이 있을 수 있으며, [스마트폰 설정 > 애플리케이션 > KB스타알림 > 권한] 메뉴에서 변경이 가능합니다.

■ 금융감독당국의 지침에 따라 전자금융 사고방지를 위해 임의개조(탈옥,루팅)한 스마트 기기에서는 이용이 불가하며, 특정 앱을 설치하는 과정 및 설치된 특정 앱에 의해서도 루팅으로 인식될 수 있습니다.(A/S센터 문의 및 초기화 권장)

[Optional access rights]
* Phone: This is the access right to the status and device information of the mobile phone.
* Storage: Used to download investment information PDF.
* Address Book: Used for login only under OS 4.0.4 or lower.

※ Even if you do not agree to allow the optional access right, you can use the KB Star Notification Service, but there may be restrictions on the use of some necessary functions, and you can change it in the [Smartphone Settings> Application> KB Star Notification> Permissions] menu. .
