Ron was very helpful. The gentlemen that came and packed items that I couldn't did a great job! I was very worried about 18 hand finished antique stained glass windows. I'm happy to say they arrived in great unbroken shape. Out of everything shipped, only 1 coffee cup arrived broken and that was something I packed. I had to keep things in storage for a month and had no idea in what condition they would be. Much to my great pleasure, all was good! Big kudos to all at Orange square Movers for a great job! This was a move from Estes Park, Co. to Sarasota,Fl. and made much less stressful by this company! I would definitely recommend their services!!

Over all a good experience. They had to delay by a day the loading due to weather which was an inconvenience. Dropped one box during unloading, but no major damage. Very friendly and responsive.

I had several questions before the move and all were answered promptly. The 3 guys who moved us were professional, efficient and super fast. We moved an apartment of stuff including a piano and made two different stops. Really pleased with this company.

Carlson Custom Interiors are absolutely terrific. Jessica is a delight and she schedules everything. She is so accommodating and is very professional. Although only two men were sent to move my brand new expensive 341 lb bathtub w/dimensions of 66.9 x 33.5 x 22 inches that had been dropped off right in front of the sidewalk in front of my house by a third party freight company that was hired by the company out of CA that made the tub (BadeloftUSA.com) . I had told Jessica that the company recommended that 4 men transport the tub and I sent her pics of the tub, it!s dimensions, and pics of the path from the sidewalk into my home and up the 18 porcelain stairs w/a landing in the middle to the second floor through two doorways into the master walk-in closet and then into the master bathroom which would be the final resting location of the tub. The 2 men realized that they needed help to do this job and called the boss, Mr Carlson, and then the 3 men figured out the safest plan to get the tub to the second floor bathroom. They accomplished the project successfully and were very respectful to me and my home such that they did not leave a single scuff mark anywhere in my home. Admittedly, I was very nervous about this transport of this bathtub but these guys did such a terrific job that they made my day. I would enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone looking for a top notch group of folks to do any size move. The company honored their original bid even though they had to send a third man and the job probably took longer than they anticipated. So in summary, this is one great company and I am thrilled to have discovered them. I will definitely hire them again for the ne t moving project. I just cannot imagine that any other company is as fair, honest, respectful, timely, and personable as Carlson’s Custom Interiors!

In my opinion, movers, like all companies, should be rated based on service rather than perfection. Thatâ s how I rate Good Move USA. My move was small yet my sales rep Josh treated my like his most important customer. He was empathic and answered all my questions. The big companies, on the other hand, could not have cared less and simply brushed me off. I was originally scheduled to load on a Friday when an earlier delivery window opened. I needed to be ready to load Tuesday and was unsure I could do that. Thatâ s when I met Eglis, the hub of my Good Moveâ s experience. I shared my concerns and Eglis promised her crew would help me finish getting ready â ¦ and they did! My items arrived the same day I arrived at my new destination. The gentlemen who unloaded were not only courteous but friendly after having had a long day. Only one item was broken and Eglis worked tirelessly with me to replace it. Good Move did everything necessary to ensure I was completely satisfied. I can honestly say, from my first call with Josh through my post-move help from Eglis, I experienced some of the highest levels of customer service I have ever received. I was pleased, not because the move was perfect, but because of the care and respectful treatment I received.

Marino and his staff from Atlas Moving were spectacular. The move from ME to NY went smooth from the move out to the move in. Kind, considerate, caring, honest are just some of the words to explain this company. The quote was correct, with no extra charges and not one, NOT ONE, item broken or damaged from a 3 bedroom home.
