Aakhir Kab Tak (Urdu: آخر کب تک, lit. 'Until when?') is an Urdu-language Pakistani drama serial airing weekly on Hum TV. Directed by Syed Ali Raza Usama, the serial is produced by Moomal Shunaid under her banner production, Moomal Productions. It stars Ushna Shah, Srha Asghar, Javeria Abbasi, Adeel Hussain, Azfar Rehman and Haroon Shahid in lead roles.[1][2]
Plot[edit]
Noor is a young, confident college-going girl while her younger sister, Fajar (Srha Asghar) is completely opposite to her in personality. Fajar is nervous and timid as abusive and violent behaviour of her father with her mother affected her badly. At the tuition center, Fajar gets harassed by a professor, Professor Zafar who harasses his students and then blackmails them by making their videos while in house, her cousin harasses her. Their mother decides to marry Fajar. Fajar is married to Saim who is a businessman. Saim is a very caring and supportive person. On their wedding night? Fajr screams very loudly on seeing Saim as Sir Zafar for which Saim got anxious and decided not to tell anyone in his house about Fajar's behaviour. On the other hand, their father gets paralysed and Noor decides to handle the factory of their father. But one night, the truck which was sent from their factory gets stolen and Noor calls the police. Till then she meets Nasir, a police officer. [3]

Reception[edit]
First episode received 3.1 TRPs.[5] It received critical praise for gripping and bold storyline and execution of portrayal of pressure women faced in patriarchal society.[6] Srha Asghar's performance as Fajar was especially praised.[6][7]
