    Let me start by saying that Rick O. was a God send. My home in League City had a burst pipe during the freeze in February’21, and all of our flooring, baseboards, cabinets, and much of the sheet rock was water damaged beyond any simple fix. Aside from the quality of work Rick’s company performed (complete reflooring, baseboards, cabinetry, sheet rock, electrical, countertops, and on and on) I would say that his experience in the business and his responsiveness were what stood out to me the most. Rick helped me to negotiate with my insurance company on several occasions. He also either answers the phone, or will call you back the same day. The same applies for texts and emails. I can’t tell you how many other contractors I’ve seen over the years ghost you when their job is complete. Rick came back by my house on 2 separate occasions to help me maximize recoverable depreciation, weeks after his crew was done (my insurance company isn’t the friendliest). And the cherry on top was we came out well in the black financially when everything was said and done! Thanks Rick, for all of the off duty calls and texts over what were probably mundane questions. We would have literally been up to our ankles in a flooded home had it not been for your tireless efforts to get our house made whole again (and then some!), and quality custom work

    This is the second time I’ve hired Eric and his crew and the second time he has really come through. The attention to detail and thoroughness is present from start to finish. He has a professional and friendly crew that are extremely good at what they do. They did several small patches and fixes around the house, lots of interior painting, and they painted a two story wood deck in preparation for listing the house. They worked quickly and the job was very nicely done. A little note about cost: these guys have not been immune to the rising costs of lumber and paint. Be prepared that your project may cost more than you expect because of the current outrageous cost of lumber and paint. That being said, Eric and his crew are well worth it. Last time, I left a review that basically said, “HIRE them.” This time? “HIRE them again.

Eric and his team promptly started work and stayed in communication through the repair. When we had one of the repairs not up to our satisfaction, Eric made sure to work on it until it was brought up to our expectations. We would recommend Eric for any restoration or renovation jobs!
