Booster shots are available if you received the Pfizer vaccine more than 6 months ago and are:
- Age 65+
- Residents and staff in long-term care settings
- Age 18+ and have underlying medical conditions including asthma, diabetes, obesity
- Age 18+ and work in high-risk settings including healthcare workers, teachers, grocery store workers

Yes, your vaccination is free. COVID-19 vaccines are free to all people living in the United States, regardless of their immigration or health insurance status. You may be asked to show ID or health insurance, but it's not a requirement.
If you have difficulty reaching a vaccination site, you may be able to get an in-home vaccination.
