I had chosen a sink that was delayed in being delivered because of COVD-19. He worked with us on that and got everything done within the time frame he had given us. All of his workers were professional and conscientious. Jeff stayed on top of the work and made sure everything was "just right". Jeff and his crew were a delight to work with. The Carpenter's HandWe found Jeff Bryson on Angies List. He came out and gave us an estimate, with work to be started as soon as possible. It was all finished in about a week. But an unexpected plumbing problem caused some of the wall to be replaced and redone. The results were great. Even did more work than expected. Luis, Lein, Johnny and Omar did a beautiful job on the remodeling of my bathroom. They were experienced and knowledgeable. Jeff is very responsible, oversees the project and handles all problems promptly. He is trustworthy and nice, makes sure all work is completed to your satisfaction. The Leaky CellarThe owner, Keven Cowhey, arrived promptly and gave an estimate on the crack repair on 4/6. He also answered questions regarding two additional minor cracks, a sump pit, and an outside drainage issue and possible walkway construction as we prepare for a basement remodel. He was very thorough. The work was then set up for today 4/11/2011. Again, the team arrived on time and finished in about an hour. The process had little to no odor at all for those who are curious. I will be hiring this company again to do the above additional items as the time comes. I highly recommend the Crack Team. They do a lot more than just foundation crack repair. My old 1924 home was in need of an extensive repair and a paint job. Much of the old wood had been bare for over two years and my eaves were rotting away. I called several companies to get bids. A Home Maintenance and Repair's bid was fair and the process Bobby was going to use to paint my old home was the best bet for this old wood, so I went with him. Bobby Woods knows what he's doing in regards to older homes. He understands what needs to be done, how to do it, and he is not intimidated by the work. Bobby repaired and restored my old 1924 home and it is absolutely beautiful now! He was friendly and professional. The quality of his work is outstanding. He repaired all of my old screens and even built screens that had long since been lost! Most of the other companies I called did not want to mess with my screens at all. I will be calling A Home Maintenance Repair for all of my other home projects. I trust him and I know that he will do good quality work at an honest price.

I contacted Jeff in July 2020 for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. He was able to make it out to my house later that day and provide a pretty good estimate considering we didn’t know the exact details of what we wanted just the layout. Jeff was very friendly and upfront about how much he charged for everything. After thinking about it for a week we decided to go with them and get on the schedule. My wife was pregnant at the time and Jeff was very accommodating to schedule the job prior to her due date which was in September. His crew did an outstanding job from demoing to completing the bathroom. His team even made suggestions for the design as they were building it out that surpassed what we had envisioned. During the process his team found issues and mistakes made by our builder which they corrected. Jeff was always upfront on any additional costs throughout the project and always asked before proceeding. In the end we went over budget but that was our fault for not knowing exactly what we wanted to do when we started the project. My advice if you can get as much completed on design and materials ahead of time the better. We will hire them in the future for other projects.

It went really well, better than expected. Mr. King was great to work with as he provided me several options for water proofing (for the future) and he installed a sump pump which is what I needed as the first step. He was on time, cleaned up after the job was done (and during) and wanted to make sure we were very happy with his work. I waited to do a review because I wanted to see how the sump pump worked after rain. We have had a couple of good rain events since it was installed and we heard it working and doing its job. The unit is a little loud, but knowing it is working and moving the water out of the crawlspace is all that matters to me.

Terminix ripped of a 88 year old USAF Veteran. They were just supposed to come and do an assessment to get a quote on what the service would run. The Tech Ray Clay Jr ID# 99155 relay2terminix.com came on a rainy day and was only suppose to evaluate and give an estimate. He stood around talking for a few minutes then left. A few weeks later Ruben Longoria ID# 560615 who was the actual y inspector who should have came first showed up. I explained to him about the previous visit and that we were still wanting an estimate for the home owner. They charged $204.59 and when we called the local office we found out they were closed down with no local office. So we called to every office and regional office to let them the charge was placed with no service being done, but no one wanted to help. We never agreed on a continued plan due to the bad service, but they tried to request a second payment even after informing them that we did not want to use them. And now they filed a claim and a credit company is seeking payment . STAY AWAY if they will do this to a 88 year old woman, who else??

DON'T HIRE!! Travis was suggested by my boyfriends friend. He was scheduled to show up a particular day but he rescheduled me twice and when he did finally show up he was almost 2 hours late. Fixed the wall almost completely then said he fell into it! (I kid you not.) He had to start it over and it looked like this (see pic.) It doesn't at all look like the brick job around it. The brick is set in way to far (deep.) The mortar covers most of the sides of the brick and is almost flush with the brick. Some bricks are crooked as well, and the mortar color doesn't even match what was already there. PLUS, he never even touched the sheet rock!! He was called and said he would come redo it. The job was done on October 29, 2020. It's now been 4 phone calls, 3 reschedules (on his part) and 2 texts ago! Each time telling us he'd be out that week or such and such specific day. I have yet to see hide nor hair of him. This guy/company is a rip off. I rated the price as fair "C" because when he was hired I thought that was a fair price. After all this and the shoddy work...I definitely don't think it was worth the price at all! DON'T HIRE!!
