    "Wrike sharpens collaborative work processes"

    Posted 2021-07-27

Pros: One of the advantages we can mention about Wrike is that all the files and information about a project that have been shared can be found in one place and we have left behind sending and searching for material through emails. Wrike allows you to assign different team members and have them work in unison on the same project, and you can segment the tasks performed by each team member to increase productivity and shorten project completion time. We can assign due dates for each active project to generate agility in the completion time of each task. Likewise, the due date can be modified in case of any inconvenience in the completion of the active project.

Cons: We believe that the Wrike application should improve its task organization section, which, instead of segmenting them by due date order, allows to organize them according to the order of importance in order to allow us to prioritize the tasks that must be completed within the day. The application does not allow us to assign a tracking of expenses incurred by the team in the completion of each project or task since its inception, we have managed to adjust the process through its internal notes, but it generates inconsistencies at the accounting level on certain occasions. We have noticed that when a considerable amount of tasks are assigned in a day in the dashboards that, at times, that the notifications of assignment or completion of any project do not arrive correctly or are simply never generated.

Overall: The application is a good option for collaborative work within a company, among the most notable features we can mention that it allows assigning tasks, collaborative communication and assigning due dates of such tasks to speed up productivity. We use Wrike by all our operational support and development staff because it allows us to carry out projects or manage them remotely, without any inconvenience and it keeps the whole team communicated. Although our marketing department can also work perfectly well with Wrike thanks to its tracking and target achievement sections for a solid sales structure, the application deserves a larger number of add-ons to make its management more complete.

    "Best Solution for IT Projects"

    Posted 2021-06-28

Pros: I loved how simple it was to integrate Wrike into our team. Our team went to manage tasks every day and look at the way our projects are being conducted in real-time after a few training sessions. The specific task automation is easily customizable.

Cons: There is no tag or filter search in the tasks section.

Overall: Overall I can say Wrike is a pretty powerful platform to manage IT projects. You can manage multiple projects on the same window, which saves lots of time. Also, organizes your project team.

"A lot at first, but you get used to it"

    Posted 2021-04-23

Pros: Visual review process in which I can comment on edits, tag users, and view threads revolving around projects.

Cons: I find that even with tasks being assigned to me it is still very easy to miss projects, tasks, and deadlines in Wrike.

Overall: Wrike fits our needs for marketing project management. It took me a few months to get used to it but now that I am in Wrike daily it makes communication between myself and other teams easier.

"Wrike is all it takes to add dynamism to our projects "

    Posted 2021-04-11

Pros: With Wrike we can not only create and organize our dashboards (where we can assign all kinds of data about the stages that have been developed during the realization of the project), but it is also possible to transport information from many other platforms oriented to project management.

Cons: Wrike does not integrate with many cloud-based platforms through externally configurable API tools, which makes our conventional working methods relatively difficult, but it is still very useful in group coordination, and it is possible to export data from the platform to our physical disks.

Overall: Wrike has served to coordinate the realization of all our projects, allowing us to cover all the processes from the beginning of its development to the completion and launch of the same, which demonstrates the great usability of the platform and the enormous capacity it has, enough to be able to do many projects over time.

"Wrike improves our view of work deadlines"

    Posted 2021-04-01

Pros: Scheduling work material deliveries within Wrike is extremely convenient, since it allows us to access data for each point or stage of the project that we designate to work on as a group or individually, so that we can track everything that happens exactly at those stages.

Cons: Managing the release operations of the developed work material is possible within Wrike, but the results are not adequate considering that the platform does not automatically update the last recorded work part (if done in time), so it is useless to wait for this to happen after altering the work in previous stages.

Overall: We are very excited about the idea of continuing to employ the use of Wrike in optimizing dynamics for our project management. We are satisfied with the results we have obtained by managing each team planning process from a single activity calendar that can be accessed by everyone.

"Wrike helped us to make our project management more independent"

    Posted 2021-03-26

Pros: It is excellent that the price of Wrike is so low, as we can include up to 15 people in our planning management with only 10 dollars, which makes Wrike one of the most economical platforms available for online project management. We recommend Wrike because we can highlight important dates on which certain material must be delivered, or simply events to be taken into account during the creation process, and we can add to this calendar all the information coming from file sharing or online documentation services, including platforms for the administrative management of electronic signatures.

Cons: When working with Wrike's professional plan we could notice that the platform does not have enough privacy customization controls, which limits a bit the permissions that can be configured when displaying certain types of content within the project dashboards, such as large files or content that does not have to do explicitly with what is being developed and that should be limited as non-relevant material.

Overall: The interesting thing about this software is that with all the dynamics it offers, it is not necessary to use any other platform to work with project management. This software includes tools that are used to customize each of the dashboards that the work team must review, and the documents and files that are needed to comply with each stage of the planning of the projects under development.

"Wrike leads to a correct use of the project tools"

    Posted 2021-03-24

Pros: Wrike has all the high-end project management tools, with possibilities to include all kinds of visual material for future project planning. The ability to opt for various listing modes to visualize and segment project information at different stages of development.

Cons: When configuring Wrike it was found that the platform does not have a sufficiently viable email integration capability, that it does not allow time saving to be the work priority as it does not have a practical view of the file attachment buttons in direct emails, and does not support spreadsheet formats in its document editor.

Overall: With Wrike the results were fully satisfactory, and by being able to work with the deadlines that the platform allows us to select, our development reporting operations have improved enormously. Wrike is a useful service to synthesize everything we know from other project software in a single tool.

"Wrike is an amazing choice for project management software"

    Posted 2021-03-21

Pros: When purchasing this tool we were shown a simple collaboration weapon which has allowed us to manipulate all of its features at our whim. It has shown us the ability to speed up the project approval process while keeping all our campaigns organized. It is the ideal tool for all types of project management.

Cons: Sometimes it takes a huge amount of instructions when we request review on any project. Sometimes it also doesn't show us the notification in the emails, they should implement an update that improves and attaches our email address.

Overall: This tool is essential for internal project collaboration, which allows us to automate it when the approval of the task requires it. We recommend its use and if at any time you have problems the support team responds almost immediately. At the beginning it simplified our design process by 75%, which allowed the team to send all the progress tests to our clients on time and collaborate with each revision. It also increased the speed and productivity at the time of being able to perform and deliver the work.

"Wrike lets us specialize in coordinating our resources"

    Posted 2021-03-20

Pros: The level of privacy within Wrike is completely variable, so we can create public panels that all group members can access, or create private panels so that some people involved can discuss specific topics without being interrupted by the rest. Groups can be created by sending invitations by mail.

Cons: There are many basic flaws that a software with as many applications as Wrike should fix. One of them is not being able to self-evaluate the work of each person, and you can not manage the comments of these, which limits the ability of the team communication and constructive criticism in case of errors.

Overall: There is nothing better than Wrike in the implementation of follow-ups to the updates of each job that is carried out at the time, so you always work with the latest material when the platform is synchronized with all the team's devices and they are connected to the Internet.

"Wrike helps us to manage our projects and organize tasks "

    Posted 2021-03-19

Pros: Wrike produces results much faster, delivering value to our customers in less time. So the customer is continuously updated on progress creating a real-time interactive report, which generates higher engagement, greater satisfaction and better long-term relationships.

Cons: Wrike has an unintuitive interface and being a bit complex for our advisors or clients, the pricing is relatively expensive and very limited when it comes to adding advisors to have access to the platform.

Overall: This platform is essential to keep in order the tasks and projects of the company, facilitates the work increasing its efficiency, allows us to keep our customers more informed about the progress that have been generated to meet all their needs. The features of the platform helped increase productivity within the company with its project management keeping all tasks in order, with its detailed reporting we can see the progress of the consultants.

"Wrike: Organize your ideas and projects without a lot of effort"

    Posted 2021-03-16

Pros: With its excellent task management it will facilitate our team the tedious task of manually evaluating any activity or project, since everything can be stored in the cloud it is almost impossible to have problems with activity records. In addition, it allows to write down all the new ideas in the group, in case at some point something new or innovative is needed in the projects. The platform is ideal for keeping employees up to date, organized and supervised at all times of labor management. If the desired goal is to maintain order and aesthetics at all times at work, Wrike is the right service for you.

Cons: Something that should be worked on in the software is the impediment of real-time editions by not having integrations with videoconferencing software, as it is very limiting to be in a group conference and when making changes must wait to finish the conference to modify the content or ideas.

Overall: When it comes to improving performance and keeping all the work in order and the content up to date, Wrike makes life easy. Wrike's deployment is always at our fingertips, as it can be managed from mobile devices at all times (either Android or iOS). In addition, Wrike provides its error tracking tool, recommended to create reports on incidents and thus not fall into the same management error more than once.

"Wrike remains the best software for remote projects"

    Posted 2021-03-16

Pros: Wrike updates project information entirely live once it is uploaded into the platform, which ensures that all project employees have current information and the latest revisions. Within Wrike dashboards it is possible to schedule meetings and link to them using an external meeting platform, so Wrike can work well in conjunction with this type of software in scheduling and planning project-related activities.

Cons: No problems were found within Wrike. The platform has met all the requirements to be considered an excellent software in the area of project management today.

Overall: In terms of IT, it is always necessary to have a secure platform that allows you to create backups of all the project information you carry out, and Wrike specializes in being airtight in terms of data protection. Something impressive about Wrike is that it only costs 9.80 per month to get all the tools to manage project lifecycles by connecting with the work of our colleagues.

"We use Wrike for managing complex projects"

    Posted 2021-02-19

Pros: Wrike has the best reporting and visibility tools that allow project managers to see what team members are working on and the status of the project at a glance. Project managers have less time assigning tasks to team members and can also bring external partners in the loop.
The customizable templates saves teams a lot of time as they can work on similar projects without starting from scratch.

Cons: Navigating through completed tasks is not easy since the default task filter automatically hides any completed tasks.

Overall: Wrike is great for improving work efficiency and speed of delivery with over two dozen features and tools such as task management, document collaboration, folders, interactive Gantt chart and budgeting tracking.
Project teams use these tools to organize their work, collaborate and report on accomplishments.
It is the most suitable project management software for companies and teams of all sizes.
