"Trello, work management from the cloud"

    Posted 2021-08-17

Pros: Trello provides an expanded view of the management of tasks and projects that are being executed at the time, achieving greater control of the activities resulting in an increase in the efficiency of operations and transactions of the company.

Cons: We would like to have a greater number of integrations and also that these do not represent a very high cost, since the tool is extremely complete but still has room for improvement. Sometimes it tends to be slow if you do not have a good internet connection.

Overall: Our work has become much more dynamic since we implemented Trello, a cloud-based work management tool, where we can perform most of our operations without having to resort to third-party software, the workflow has increased its productivity thanks to Trello.

"Excellent software for project management. Best tool for small and medium business."

    Posted 2021-07-03

Pros: I'm using Trello for task management and it helps a lot to manage the stories and bugs. We can quickly analyze the task progress by graphical representation on dashboard. Easy workflow!

    - Task creation with many tags is very easy.
    - Graphical representation of tasks is very helpful in analysis.
    - Dashboard, Timeline, Map and Calendar view is very impressive.
    - Task Prioritization, using color codes.
    - Export the task and saved searching feature is more useful.
    - Dashboard customization facility
    - Easy to understand and use it.
    - User interface is very easy.
    - Accessible via Web browser, Web app and Mobile app.
    - Cross platform product.
    - Open source tool. Paid version is available in cheapest price.
    - Secured tool. It gives 2-Factor Authentication security.

Cons: Great product for small project, but can be inconvenient for large project. Everything looks good and feel better than previous.

Overall: Trello is well prefect for organizing the stories/bugs, reminders, projects, and meeting agendas. Really easy to set up and run work flows and projects. Free version providing the more major features which would be good for small business. Very simple product, Highly recommending!

    "Guaranteed efficiency when managing tasks"

    Posted 2021-06-18

Pros: Trello is a sensational platform for managing content and tasks in an organized and efficient way. It has a user interface that is intuitive, easy to use, and its Kanban board system has been great for our team because it offers a fast, simple, and orderly way to manage tasks in real-time. It is simply amazing to handle simple tasks and projects, and it does not require too much training time because it is intuitive.

Cons: Nothing to say; there is nothing I dislike about this program; it has performed exceptionally. Trello usually gives very few problems due to its excellent performance; in all the time we have been using it, we have never had to go to the support team.

Overall: Trello has been a fundamental resource within our organization; it has allowed us to organize all our work and be aware of what we have to do today. Our work team has had a magnificent performance since we have Trello to manage the tasks we carry out; the best is in its work system in Kanban boards and its functions to make customizations. It is a program worth having. Today it is an indispensable resource in my organization from which we constantly benefit.

    "Great Team/Project Management Software!"

    Posted 2021-05-11

Pros: I love the fact that you are able to get started right out the gate, their is not a big learning curve compared to some other software but that doesn't mean Trello cannot be powerful. With the seemingly endless amount of power ups you are able to make your Trello board work for you.

Cons: None so far, Trello has been serving me and my team well.

Overall: Overall I would recommend Trello to anyone out there who hasn't used project management software before, since it's easy to get started with. It also has one of the best free plans available.

"Organized and collaborative work to meet needs and achieve objectives "

    Posted 2021-05-03

Pros: I have always been looking for ways to improve and optimize my work routines and not forget the tasks we have pending to do. Trello was the best for that; it is easy to use. Its user interface is attractive, simple to keep track of items in an organized way, and its customization becomes fast for everyone's taste, making everything practical. We work in an orderly manner, we have been able to move forward both collectively and individually to meet the activities that our projects demand.

Cons: I can't think of anything I dislike about Trello. However, I would like it to be a little more flexible to design customizations.

Overall: Using Trello, we have been able to reinvent our work methodology and move forward quickly and efficiently to fulfill our activities; I can keep my colleagues and superiors updated on the constant progress through the application and our clients through direct links to the project related to them. Organized work is the main benefit provided by Trello. It is perfect for delegating tasks and constantly monitoring the progress until we reach the goal that is the project's success.

"Trello is another system for projects, but with several innovations"

    Posted 2021-03-26

Pros: By integrating Trello with financial management, point-of-sale payment, and cloud storage platforms, we have achieved complete mastery of our project, and all using Trello as a starting point. This is due to how extensive the scope of its API can be to connect to other platforms, giving us our own style of working. Using Trello can cover HR, mass marketing and document customization processes. This means that by using it you can cover a huge amount of situations that the development of any objective can go through, and accomplish them without requiring the acquisition of any other type of platform.

Cons: The sticky notes tool does not allow you to place notes within other notes, leading to information overload when there is a lot of work to cover, or when one of the project members is on their day off and needs to go back and get oriented on the previous day's changes to the project. Notes cannot be shared externally.

Overall: We think that the experience brought by Trello has been satisfactory in organizational terms, since Trello's internal planning tools, such as the internal agenda or the voting system, are just what we needed so that our work plans were well delimited and we could set delivery goals.

"Method adapted to us and our projects."

    Posted 2021-03-22

Pros: Trello is the perfect platform to develop long projects that require a wide participation of several people and that require more consistent attention. One of the things that I liked the most about Trello is that it has the ability to show the results and progress of each project in real time, this helps all project participants and organizers to fully visualize the progress they have had over time and that they can visualize what changes are happening at a certain moment. Another thing that I liked about Trello is that it is not necessary to download any executable file to the computer to be able to use this great platform, Trello currently works in its web version and with excellent functions that help projects to be managed In its whole. I love the web version of Trello, it is completely accessible, I can access my project system from anywhere or device without having to download anything.

Cons: Trello currently works with a board system, where all the projects that are being elaborated are shown, no matter what type of label that project has or on what area that project is being elaborated on, they will be shown on the same board. This is something I really don't like about Trello. This platform has a very good ability to develop long-term projects due to its excellent group work function, however, I consider that the boards should be separated by labels, in order to maintain a much greater order and not have confusion when it comes to search for a specific project. I do not like at all the fact of seeing all the projects in the same place, I would like to see them separately, so we would have a greater organization.

Overall: Although I do not like the dashboard system where all the projects in progress are displayed, I consider myself to have had a great experience with this platform because I have obtained consistent attention in all my projects. Previously, we had difficulty seeing the changes in real time that all our projects were having, however, after the arrival of Trello, we managed to obtain a much more accessible system in which all my work colleagues can contribute their grain of sand to achieve that the project is completed in less time. It is great to be able to work with Trello and to be able to manage projects using such a simple method and adapted to our needs.

"Group method for long-term project management."

    Posted 2021-03-17

Pros: Trello has incredible functionality for the creation, administration and management of all kinds of business projects. In our company, projects are the key subject to be able to develop all kinds of advances and generate consecutive progress in our business sector. The projects that we generate every day with the help of Trello are fantastic, since Trello allows us to work together and create projects with the participation of several people, and thus we can complete various projects as a group, without having to carry out a complicated process that involves doing projects individually. In addition, another of the characteristics that I liked about Trello is that all kinds of changes or advances that are made in the projects will be reflected in real time, everyone will be able to see those changes instantly from their Trello account.

Cons: For now, I have not had any complications using this software to manage my business projects. Trello has been a key platform for our business development and for creating short and long-term projects. I have never had any problems since using Trello, I am very happy to be using this great platform to manage all kinds of projects that we develop in our company.

Overall: I've had a really great experience since using Trello. Previously, my projects were much later, we took longer to carry out and manage each of the projects because it was something that we had to do individually, however, since Trello came to our company, everything improved exponentially and we were able to obtain the capacity to generate great changes in our projects. Trello has allowed us to carry out more detailed projects, with more organization, with more collaboration from the various members who contribute their grain of sand and generate new ideas to advance the project to its completion.

"Optimize work with the task manager."

    Posted 2021-03-01

Pros: It allows me a complete improvement with respect to workflows, thus being able to optimize tasks and incorporating the entire company so that we all work in one place. I really like the ease in which I can manage tasks with just drag and drop. It also has a fairly fluid platform in real time, with a very clean and orderly dashboard where I have all the functions in sight without any loss. The function of managing permissions is highly useful, which I can classify staff to allow assigning tasks with better control and order. With Trello it has also been simple to use and has quite robust functions that allow a professional experience and it is also customizable that allows a more pleasant visual appearance to the user. Finally, I like that it integrates with Microsoft products such as Outlook or Office.

Cons: Cloning a project can be a bit rigorous since you have to configure a lot of things and also I would like a normal user to be able to add new users when it comes to cloning a project. I would like you to be able to have a complete log of all the actions of all the users of a project that have been carried out throughout the course. It is a bit complicated to control where the cards want to go from one section to another. The basic package is very limited, practically you need to have the latest plan to fully enjoy task management. Metrics are missing to measure productivity. It lacks a lot of technical support, I have had several problems, however the support team does not seem to care much about their clients since I have sent several tickets with help to some configuration problems and they simply give little or no answers.

Overall: Trello has been a strong one in relation to how the work team interacts and how it is ordered according to the tasks they must perform according to their abilities or work areas. Trello has also been one of the most important tools for the company since it has been able to maintain a strong relationship with customers, being able to provide data on the project involved such as the state it is in or another request, in addition to being able to have a clear communication being able to greatly reduce the use of e-mail while maintaining feedback in real time. I can use Trello in a personal way to organize my daily life and also to have a complete management of my work team in relation to a project, large or small, in order to keep tasks in order and meet the established deadlines. Trello has been the perfect roadmap where I improve my workflow.

"You can see each update within the management of a project."

    Posted 2021-02-15

Pros: Trello is very effective when it comes to working on projects collaboratively with different people within the company. It's cross-platform, so I can manage projects both on the desktop and on the phone in real time. Within the project I can break it down to see each task assigned to the work team and I can also manage the team so that they are in different columns. Once each task within a project is finished, a notification arrives to the email, this allows me to stay updated on who is up to date. Month like that you can easily integrate it with Google Calendar, having a preview of the scheduled dates as the due dates.

Cons: I have bad experience when there are a lot of cards since in the application for mobile devices it tends to slow down, this causes us to limit ourselves to the use of cards since if there is slowness in the work process then work performance decreases. It is a bit complicated to edit a project that is copied because we practically have to edit everything from scratch, which is not so attractive since if I copy a project it is to literally do the same.

Overall: With Trello I can manage work time within the company in relation to projects, since previously we had a problem with deadlines established for final delivery and it was not met on time. Another solution that this platform gave me is the ease of communication between my work team, assigned tasks, fewer mistakes and endless improvements for work performance. We liked the Trello board for the simplicity and ease of needing new staff to use this project management platform.

    "Most popular tool for collaboration"

    Posted 2021-02-15

Pros: I like the way we use Trello to track time spent on perfoming project tasks. Creating boards for specific team members i s easy. It features the Kanban system which is used to create tasks and break them down into subtasks

Cons: The users of free version have limited storage. However this storage can be increased when the user upgrades the subscription

Overall: Trello is very simple and easy to use. It has eliminated the need for users to take notes because they can make these notes on the software. The notification features makes sure no user misses any project updates
