ONLYOFFICE Workspace Community Edition is a free complete solution distributed under Apache license.

Lifetime license for ONLYOFFICE Workspace starts from $1750 /per one server (one year support and updates included).

The pricing of ONLYOFFICE Cloud Service is based on the amount of active portal users. 1-month, 1-year, or 3-year subscription plans are available ($5, $3 and $2 per user/month respectively). Note that subscription plans for 1-2 and 3-5 active users are available for annual subscribers only.

    "Great and easy Interface. "

    Pros: I can do nearly everything I have thought I wanted to and even more I never expected to. Most easy and fast and have never lost more than a few lines from internet issues they can't control.

    Cons: The Android app is so much slower and harder to navigate than Windows and PC version.

    Overall: Good product awesome user experience. It has all the features you would usually pay extra for included.

    Pros: It's free, doing big job without any subscription.

    Cons: It's very slow. Really documents take too much time, and xls files formulas are hard to use.

    Overall: Tools are good to work and it's small so you can set it up anywhere.

    Pros: Document server with spreadsheet, document and presentation; integrated with CRM and Projects, access from iOS, Android and desktop.

    Cons: Extensions requires some time to learn and hours of trial and error programming.

    Cons: The theme of the entire website is a bit dull, could use a revamp.

    "Better than any other document manager"

    Pros: This is the best free office suite out there for sure. It is smooth, minimal bugs, and I am pleased with the fact that it works on Windows, Linux, and MacOS. I have only been using it for a couple months now, but it is a change I have been happy to accept.

    Cons: The only con is that Onlyoffice is perhaps a bit less graphically pleasing than other office suites such as google drive.

    Overall: My overall experience with this product has been quite good. I haven't used it too too much yet, but I plan to use it frequently for my schoolwork given how easy it is to access and navigate.

    Pros: -It is very consistent across platforms
    -Not as advanced as others, but what is implemented is reliably working
    -Combination of apps works together
    -Solid alternative to Microsoft

    Cons: -The design can feel a little dated
    -Integration with Nextcloud could be easier

    Overall: I researched, tested and evaluated over a dozen alternatives to the Microsoft Office 365 offerings. Onlyoffice fulfilled 3 main requirements for me:
    1. It just works. It is reliable.
    2. Multi-platform. Working on the web, Android, Win10 and Linux, I needed the apps to be available there.
    3. Cost-effective. The free version works great. From there, it can grow with your needs.

    Cons: It has some very minor issues but nothing mention-worthy at the price-point (free).

    Pros: runs almost anywhere,
    on almost every device,
    on almost every browser,
    you can run it on your own server,
    you can integrate it in almost every platform,
    you can adapt it to your own needs,
    and so on,
    and so forth.

    Cons: It can be much more than it is today:

    It has not to be restricted to common Office Documents.
    OnlyOffice could enhance the way you see and think Documents, Information and Data.
    Think about a general Document Format where you can insert in every Place each Type of other Content: formatted Paragraphs of Text or whole Documents in a Cell of a Table in a Presentation, that is Part of an Online Course, and so on.
    Formulas that are evaluated in every Kind of Document, Tables not restricted to a linear Table View and a lots other similar Things. Each of them is addressable and linkable from and to every other Place.

    The technology of OnlyOffice can make it possible to create this OnlyDataFormat.
    One Document Format that meets it all !

    Overall: Years ago i tried to use it with my colleagues, with my family, with others. I had to test it by my own, on several devices, with several accounts, to see, how good it is.
    Nowadays, it is integrated in a lot of platforms.
