Pros: Really easy to use and collaborate with others on the project or office team. It's included (for "free") in MS/Office 365 and well integrated into MS Teams to maximize collaboration.

Cons: Standalone competitor tools like Monday, Asana, and Airtable have a lot more functionality, features, and direct support.

Overall: Planner is a great solution if you are an existing MS/Office 365 user and need basic task management or simple card format type for project management (Agile Scrum/Kanban board). Perfect for small business!

Pros: Microsoft Planner is really helpful to our team! We use it for to-do lists, meeting agendas, delegating administrative tasks, and planning events. It is simple and easy to use!

Cons: I wish it synced better with Microsoft Teams and had its own desktop app. I hope these features will be available in the future!

Pros: - MS Planner integrates perfectly into the entire Office 365 ecosystem and the users do not have to look elsewhere for this one thing.
- The UI is very good and the color-coding of cards is a super useful feature according to me.

Cons: - I think an option to clone previous plans and structures in order to modify it and build over it can really save my time.
