Pros: The Intrado Voicemaxx CE system is used for users to conduct self-service functions, such as forwarding their phone. The interface is well-designed and offers all the features one would want. Setting up some features, such as forwarding, is wizard-based, which is helpful for non-technical users.
Cons: The web page is slow to load and refresh. Response at signon is also slow.
Overall: The functionality is there, with a nice look and feel. The only downside is the slow response time. However, given that most users will only be on the system occasionally, it meets the need.
