Sixeleven has chosen CMS Drupal from its very beginning in 2009, in virtue of a team who can count on many years of experience in open source platforms.
Over its first years of activity, then, Sixeleven has had the chance to create a multitude of websites on the basis of the popular CMS platform, which has proven over time as a winning tool for the realization of scalable web portals in different scenarios: several experiences with United Nations corporate websites (WFP, UNSSC, UNECA, ESCWA), digital online publications for tour operators (Alpitour Viaggidea, Xplore America), online contests (Lonely Planet) and many others.
So big is its confidence in this platform, that Sixeleven usually supports and participates to all the most important Community conferences.
In 2010 we started sponsoring one of the most important Drupalcamp in Italy, organized in Turin. Since several years Sixeleven team members participate in the annual European DrupalCon and in several Italian Drupal meetings, sometime also as speakers.
In 2016 staff members of Sixeleven were in the core team, with other people of the Italian Drupal Community, that organized the Drupal Developer Days held in Milan.
In 2016 Sixeleven has been chosen by the Drupal Association as Design Partner for DrupalCon branding, starting with DrupalCon Vienna 2017 and Nashville 2018: we created a visual integrated strategy, starting with the definition of a graphic concept which is declined on all communication media needed for the international event.
