"AIMS360 DOES NOT WORK"
Posted 2020-09-24Pros: Everyone is very friendly until the contract is signed... down hill after that. The owner did not come up with a fix, the problems were never acknowledged.
Cons: Sales person guaranteed that the program could do what our small apparel company needed. As soon as it was sold, we along with the owner saw that it was not an appropriate product for us and would not let us enter a future P.O. for calculating future orders.
Overall: Frustration that the tickets regarding complaints were never addressed.
