Pros: Greenhouse makes it so easy to customize the interview experience, keep track of my candidate pipelines, move people through the funnel, build-out and ship offers, and so much more. It integrates seamlessly with many other platforms in our Talent Acquisition tech stack as well, making our work even easier.
Cons: Greenhouse has good reporting, but sometimes you have to dig a little bit to get the exact reports that you need. The plus side is that it integrates well with reporting platforms that will make the data even more accessible.
Overall: I have been using Greenhouse every day for the past 5 years. As a recruiter it is a crucial tool for getting my work done. I have loved getting to use Greenhouse, and continue to explore all it has to offer. We couldn't have built out a structured interview process without it!

Pros: Greenhouse is a one-stop ATS with excellent UX/UI. When I encounter a problem or question, my customer success team usually responds within an hour with detailed information. I also used the self-service function and contacted the chat form, which worked very well. I like all integrations, from DocuSign to LinkedIn, Slack, etc. Overall, I am very satisfied with the entire Greenhouse experience and a set of talented team solutions.
Cons: I have used many ATSs in the past, but none of them can compare with Greenhouse. The UX and UI are unparalleled, the integration is easy to navigate, and the customer success team focuses on customer needs. If you have never used the platform before, the learning curve will be a bit long because it covers a lot of content, but once you learn, you will never look back.
Overall: This has shortened our recruitment cycle by a lot. We are more efficient in posting jobs, reviewing, arranging and hiring applicants. Candidates will not get lost in the email, it is integrated with LinkedIn Recruiting, allowing us to export our candidate portfolio directly to the tool with just one click. The recruitment team can easily access candidate profiles with one click and fill out the dashboard when conducting interviews. The dashboard is personalized, allowing us to capture the most important data for each unique character.

Pros: Greenhouse is a fantastic ATS for any scaling company - especially one with aggressive recruitment goals. It has a great UI for recruiters, hiring managers, and even basic users who only use the software for referral purposes. The customer service function is always quick and effective and provides plenty of detail. I also love the available integrations (e.g. Slack, DocuSign, Calendly, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), as it makes our lives so much simpler. All of the above means that we can focus on the important aspects of a recruitment process, such as reducing the time to hire and provide a great candidate experience.
Cons: 1. There is a solid amount of effort, maintenance and manual set-up required when you first start working with Greenhouse, which feels a bit clunky. It's a breeze once it is all in place, but it takes a fair amount of time to get there.
2. The reporting plug-in function with Google Sheets is great, but I find it frustrating that it reverts back to its original format when refreshed.
3. Something super small and picky, but if you schedule an email to a candidate, there is no way you can edit it. So if you need to make any changes, you have to delete the email and re-write.Overall: We have highly benefitted from using Greenhouse and would highly recommend it!

Pros: Super Customizable, User Friendly, Organized: GH is a great ATS. I love that it keeps all of our processes clean and in order, very streamlined. I've used a few ATS in my day and it is by far the best.
Cons: Sometimes you may have an action in your process that the system cannot work with. Almost all common ATS things you want it to do, it does, but if you're super detailed with your process sometimes you'll find yourself saying, I wish it just did this one thing, or that small thing. But in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal :)
Overall: Greenhouse is a great system. The people who run it are the best, great customer service, always there to listen and help find solutions when needed. It's user friendly, keeps things organized, and constantly updating it's features to be better. Keep it up!

Overall: Easily the best system out there in terms of user-friendliness, functionality and user interface. Well done GH!

Pros: It's applicant tracking system and recruiting software is designed to help make companies great at hiring and hire for what's next. The ease of application review and candidate scheduling. The system integrates with Office 365 which makes it easy to see interviewer availability and schedule the interview in just a few clicks. It integrates with MS Teams now which saves the extra step of creating video interview links to add to meeting invites. The ease of job setup and customization of the recruiting stages enables us to offer customized full lifecycle recruiting for each practice area. The system also has EEEO data capture that can be enabled for completion by applicants when they submit their application. One if the best features is the ability to create multiple offer letter templates that are generated on company letterhead within Greenhouse software package. They can be sent to the candidate right from the tool using an integration with Docusign also saving the step of manually creating the letter and sending via an external tool. The candidate packages that are generated when the candidate is hired provides copies of the scorecards, resume, cover letter, offer, etc that can be easily saved to an electronic HR file. The interview packets are customizable by the job which are very helpful for the interview team. These packets provide sample questions, ways to sell the job, and all of the candidate information with one link in the invite. The scorecards can be customized for each job allowing interviewers to focus on the key skills and abilities for the role. With full integration to social (linkedin and twitter) users and employees can promote high profile jobs with two clicks. This is particularly helpful for employees to advertise open roles with their social networks. The application also allow one to configure candidate surveys to be sent at different stages in the process and automate the report to be sent to the recruiting team. The user can decide if the survey is sent after each stage or at a specific stage in the process. The application process can also be configured with unique application questions to capture and set up automated rules to advance candidates. The employee referral module is great as well. This module allows the employee to submit a referral, complete required application questions and monitor the candidate's progress.
Cons: The reporting module provides great data however one would like to extract the views one get in the tool without the need to format raw excel data. Within the application, one sees graphs and charts but exports of those reports only provide excel data. It would be helpful to assign multiple cities to a job posting so it shows up in more than one city search for the candidate. Job Administrators should be able to modify interviews scheduled even if they did not schedule the original interview. The system currently only allows the person who scheduled the interview to reschedule or cancel the interview. It would be nice to be able to white label the system with a company logo and color changes to unify it with other internal applications.
Overall: Ease of use, help section, ability to easily navigate through the hiring process in a concise and organized manner. Great connection and collaboration with the representatives from Greenhouse. Easy to build pipelines. CRM is very easy to navigate. Scorecards are a great way to keep a hiring process inclusive.
