"Sales enablement in real-time"
Posted 2021-09-21Pros: Demodesk is a pretty cool meeting tool. I'm having a much easier time ramping reps and helping them navigate tough calls with their software.
Cons: Takes a little bit of time to learn the product, but worth it.
Overall: A great replacement for standard video software, way better for sales teams and connecting with customers.

"Great for customer onboarding "
Edited 2021-03-10Pros: The virtual screen is super useful. It lets you give your customer control so they can interact with the product. Super easy to train someone.
Cons: Can't think of anything. Overall it's a really great product.
Overall: It's simply a better tool than generic video and screen sharing tools. Makes it super easy to train others and show product features.

"The best software out there for sales meetings"
Edited 2021-03-08Pros: So many great features. The Salesforce notes sync saves me tons of time, and the schedule automation replaces tools and helps us simplify our stack. Presentations are super easy to share. Highly recommend.
Cons: Nothing noteworthy to share. They have all the major integrations, but will be hopefully rolling out more soon for more niche teams.
Overall: Overall I'm very satisfied. The product is great, and the support team is super helpful in helping onboard our reps to ensure we use the product well.
