Pros: Looker is a tool that collects and presents data to guide analysis and make appropriate decisions to grow our business. I like to understand how Looker started using its features and how easy it is to have a very attentive customer service team.

Cons: Sometimes the interface is cumbersome. Other than that, we have had no problems or issues with Looker; it has provided us with what we needed.

Overall: Looker has helped us through the collection, visualization, and analysis of our data to be more organized as a company, which has been a fundamental milestone for our growth as an organization based on our decision-making. Another point to highlight and from which we have benefited is the availability and speed of response from Looker's customer service team. It is a tool based on data management ideal for any organization that will facilitate decision-making for business growth through the generation of analysis and reports.

Pros: Looker has been for my colleagues and me a data analysis solution that has allowed us to rethink business intelligence and the management of data visualizations. We have also liked its reporting and dashboarding capabilities in various departments.

Cons: Looker has very few cons on our side; among them is that it has some limitations on visualizations. However, the customer support team has been very responsive when these have arisen.

Overall: Looker is a great data analytics & visualization tool. It lets you pull in data from almost any data source be it database or cloud storage and lets you represent it in graphical format. It also has great reporting feature and is excellent for working in collaboration.

Pros: Looker gives very informative data to analyze the business. It shows real-time analytics. It has various options to choose cloud, gives freedom to users. Setting up process is very easy.

Cons: Overall it's packed with features, but subscription plans are high.
