    -The customer support is really responsive and fast.

    Cons: - There is a lacking of full integration with other software.
    - Alerts are missing on the main dashboard.

    Pros: Atera is an easy to manage and install.
    Also, the program keenly listen to the users complaints, and solve them.
    Atera is an aggressive solution, with diverse features.

    Cons: Atera is a bit expensive when we think of installation fee, but its operations are top notch.

    Overall: Atera helps in monitoring all the IT systems in a company, by issuing alerts when there are problems. Also, Atera increases the level of security for all the infrastructures a company has.

    "Excellent choice for MSP"

    Pros: UI is very simple and straight forward.
    Notifications are fast and on point.
    Software distribution via Chocolatey is very good.
    Great support.

    Cons: Network Discovery feature is a paid add-on and requires a lot of preparation on customers network.
    No integration with enterprise solutions such HPs ILO, therefore SMART Status simply wont be read from raids.
    Small bugs here and there, but those aren't groundbreaking.

    Overall: Great choice for MSPs with lots of small customers. You get a msi agent per customer, which you can deploy however. Works great with PDQdeploy. The roadmap is promising, the platform is clearly evolving.

    "Atera is aweseome"

    Pros: I love the pricing model, being per tech allows us to predict exactly what our charge will be. They are rapidly developing new features based on feedback from the users. These new features have made the product awesome! The few times I have needed their support department they have been excellent to work with and have done everything fast and professionally to solve the issue.

    Cons: So far I have not ran into any major cons, I would love to see the ticketing platform expanded more but it is usable in its current state.

    Overall: We switched from Kaseya and saved over 30,000 dollars in the first year! It is also so much more streamlined for what we need.

    "Great RMM & PSA Tool for MSPs"

    Pros: Easy of use to install devices, setup customers, manage tickets.
    Per technician cost is much better than per agent costs. Fixed monthly cost.
    Integration with Webroot and backup solutions is great.
    Integration with Chocolatey makes deploying software simple.
    Setting up contracts is a breeze.
    Ability to access computers within the mobile app.

    Cons: Integration with accounting packages.
    Mobile app is progressively improving with more features.

    Overall: I would recommend Atera to other MSP's. It has better features than other more expensive solutions. It is easy to use and intuitive.

    Pros: All in one solution.
    Basic Ticketing system helped with customer requests.
    Patch management has not caused any problems like other platforms i have used.
    Ability to manage multiple company's seamlessly.

    Cons: 3rd party addons could display better in dashboard.

    Overall: Overall I have been very happy with the platform in general compared to other platforms that i have worked with. Atera has given me the ability as a small startup MSP to grow my business with ease.

    Pros: Responsive support, ease of use, several bells and whistles included, good for small to large companies. New features added regularly and requested changes taken seriously.

    Cons: For the phone and iPad app to be a bit more robust. It is getting better so its hard to actually have a complaint. I would suspect new users might expect more from the app. One thing with the app: able to switch from Splashtop to another app without loosing the session.

    Overall: Overall a great product at a competitive price. This has allowed my startup to compete in the market with an advantage.

    Pros: I use this app daily.
    I like the easy way i can give support to me costumers and the fact that i can see online information about their software and hardware including HD space condition and pushing all updates.

    Cons: I added suggestions about it -
    I think that the fields in our customer service panel should be more flexible and removing existing original fields should be allowed.
    There are fields that are just not usable for our clients.

    Overall: Great assist experience.
    Helps us maintain our customers working stations in an easy way
    monitoring service is made very easy with Atera.

    "Finally something worth having!"

    Pros: Very intuitive, easy to navigate, easy to manipulate, low learning curve, constant betterments, constant updates, development listens to community, great company, powerful tools, fantastic pricing model with unlimited agents, easy for small MSPs to get started but powerful enough for bigger firms

    Cons: None to really speak of. Any "cons" are short-lived as they are so quickly resolved!

    Overall: While there may be some very minor things that would cause one to list this as "not perfect", it's hard to find true perfection anywhere. Atera does precisely what we need it to do and it does it well! If there's anything that doesn't quite entirely meet our need, it's very often resolved in the next release! Atera was and is THE ANSWER to what was slowing us down as an MSP. It's hard to imagine you get all this at such an affordable price! Thanks Atera!

    Pros: I've used a few other RMM's and Atera does everything from one easy to use dashboard! From one click remote support to reporting, it's all there!

    Cons: No cons at this time. Have been a user for 2+ years and haven't had anything pop up that I wish it did.

    Overall: Ease of use is there. Couple of questions with customer support during setup and they were on top of getting everything answered via their integrated support chat.

    Pros: Easy to understand interfaces, settings, reports, and monitoring.
    Configuring custom scripts is as easy as copy and pasting from your current library.
    Constant upgrades and updates.
    Shared scripts library helps a ton.

    Cons: FIPS compliance breaks the Monitoring Agent.
    Sometimes the UI is slow to respond (but it's getting better!)

    Overall: So far, I've had a fantastic experience with Atera. Support is great, and the forum is knowledgeable.

    Pros: Responsive.
    Easy to deploy, configure, use.
    RMM, Automation, Ticketing system all in one place.
    Price is good.

    Cons: Young solution that keep evolving.
    Some feature that we needed that is/are not available.

    Overall: It's a nice solution. I glad we switch to Atera. The licensing base on technician is a huge financial gain for us.
    The solution still young and since we are with Atera there is a lot of improvement and added feature.
    I recommend this product.

    Because of lightweight, it makes it easy to move around.
    Allows remote access to keep track of client requests.
    Reliable for patch management with a wide view of monitoring. The alert function is great.

    Cons: The implementation and configuration were complex.

    Overall: Overall, Atera gives professional monitoring in its easy to use platform. The network and unlimited device monitoring give me a seamless experience. It's an excellent tool.
