Pricing
For India, Essential, Growth and Enterprise plans come with a base price including 50 employee license. For startups and micro enterprises, a Starter (free forever) plan with limited features up to 25 employees is also available. For additional employees, PEPM rate varies from ₹30 to ₹100 based on modular plans subscribed.
For GCC, Essential, Growth and Enteprise plans come with a base price of $30 For startups and micro enterprises, a Starter (free forever) plan with limited features up to 15 employees is also available. PEPM rate varies from $2 to $5 based on modular plans subscribed.

Pros: - greytHR primarily used in our organization to record login and logout times.
- It helps in recording time for both office and remote employees.
- Aside for attendance, it also helps in maintain the record of leaves and also helps in applying leave directly from the application.
- It can be used from desktop or mobile without any hassle.
- It also helps in displaying the payslips and upcoming holidays.
- The user interface is simple and easy-to-use.Cons: - The user interface of the application can be made more modern and intuitive.
- The mobile version of the application is not usable at all because of the navigation issues and lags.Overall: Overall, greytHR is an easy-to-use employee portal that helps in maintaining all the useful record of the employee like login and logout timings. It also lets the employee see all the useful information about upcoming events.

Pros: 1. GreytHR has well organized user interface that displays all the important details like, payroll info, attendance and leaves.
2. The application feels fluid to navigate and use.
3. Tasks can also be assigned to employees directly through the application.
4. It allows employees to apply for leaves, see balances and holiday calendar in a detailed format.Cons: There are occasional downtimes which disturbs the workflow and productivity.
Changes created by the admin takes time to display on the employee's dashboard.Overall: Overall, greytHR is a feature rich employee portal that enables the employees to see all the relevant details about their employment at one place.

Pros: - It is a great tool to track and display all the employee's details in an intuitive manner.
- greytHR helps is tracking all the leave balances, holidays, and the payslips sorted by the calendar.
- Not only tracking details, it also lets the employer record employee's sign in and sign out data in case of work from home.
- Employees can apply for leaves directly from the help, saving all the emailing hassle.Cons: No cons in my usage experience, it provides an intuitive to platform which is useful for both employee and employer.
Overall: Overall, greytHR provides an easy-to-use platform which streamlines day to day work that normally requires HR interaction. The application overall increases the by productivity by saving the time of the employee for normal ad hoc activities.

Pros: Being a startup, found the solution very helpful as we had to run around hundred other fulfillments to run the establishment. Payroll and compliance is a big plus. Leave and web attendance is also useful.
Cons: If provide more self help tutorials, that would be great.
Overall: The solution offered is good. Excellent customer support and at this price point, greytHR is offering decent value

Pros: GreytHR is light platform with complete HR functionality, the feature it includes -
1. Attendance Management.
2. Payslips Management.
3. Tax Management
4. Leave Management
5. Payroll Management.Cons: There are few instances when mark attendance widget becomes unresponsive.
Overall: GreytHr is very effective tools for both HR and Employee. We can easily download our pay-slips, Mark our Attendance from APP or web version, There's a catch in marking attendance, On website version it trace the IP address if the IP matches with white-listed IPs, it allows to mark attendance. In mobile application it traces the GPS location which again matched with the office address, if you are within 50 m radius it allows to mark the attendance. The Tax amount is calculated automatically based on the local tax regulation and the declared savings. Its very easy to apply the leaves and track past one too. You can track all salary revision in Salary revision History Tab. There is provision of Attendance Regularization - It is helpful in cases when you are unable to mark attendance due to any reason, It can be used by HRs to Regularize the attendance of that day.

Pros: (+) Feed on anniversaries, birthdays and other occasions is a good feature.
(+) Tracking of salary payslips and breakdown of salary is very good.
(+) Integration with other HR applications is good.
(+) Tax planning and filing are easy with greytHR.Cons: (-) The interface looks pretty old.
(-) The website is not very fast, sometimes you will even face logging in issues.
(-) File upload is not accurate sometimes.Overall: We use both greytHR and Darwinbox at our organization. Both are integrated well. greytHR is a good portal but the UI is very old can be optimized. It has a feed which sorts of reminds birthdays of employees across the company. On an overall level greytHR is a very decent platform that does the job.

- Very good ticketing system for employee queries.Cons: - Simple logging error.
- UI is not very good.
- Slow sometimes.Overall: Software is very time-saving for everyone at an organization like HR, employee. Leaves can be tracked and manage easily. Automatic communication on leave tracking. Automatic trigger email with wishes on birthday, work anniversaries.
