    People keep asking me what I think about buildings getting awards for or . It's nice. Nice to celebrate good things. The problem is the buildings I've seen still include many barriers. I'd never award a whole building. I'd celebrate features instead

    What a difference 14 months makes, from disused stable then garage to a building I love. Thanks to an RDPE grant and the fabulous I hope this will bring visitors to Rutland for a long time to come.
