A while ago, I was asked to give assistance tracking down the current ownership of an engine called ETI-Eloquence by , who, like a lot of blind users, depends heavily on screenreading software and the text-to-speech engines therein. ETI-Eloquence is very old.

Very important and useful report about and what are the 6 most common categories of errors on the top 1,000,000 websites! Very helpful - I encourage you to share with any web designers/developers that you know.

If you struggle to remember, that’s ok! It’s a habit to get into. I recommend who will message you when you forget! Remember you can always alt text in a reply! Or add more detail after.

If you’re confused or worried about whether alt text has worked (you can’t always see the alt symbol on your image) You can tag (People often forget to hit the “done” button which means it doesn’t get saved!)

I officially have in my possession the first printed copy of my book, Demystifying Disability: What to Know, What to Say, and How to be an Ally! The book is set to release on September 7, but it’s available now for pre-order:

Me, a white woman with glasses and brown hair pulled back into a ponytail, in a black dress with a blue and pink floral pattern. I’m sitting in my power wheelchair and my left arm is in a sling. I have a huge smile on my face because the photo was taken just after I opened the package containing my book, which I am holding up excitedly.
