Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_shop() in header.php on L275. Apply check here when woocommerce is not installed.

Licenses: You are required to give license of every images used individually. If you are not using some image then please remove it.

Please remove kirki form your theme. You are not allowed to place the whole plugin in your theme, instead you can recommend the user to install it ( not make it as a required thing also )

No need to translate URL href, please remove all __( ) function inside esc_url( )

Theme consists of multiple prefixes for methods and variables etc. You are required to use only one specific prefix for all things in the public namespace, including options, functions, global variables, constants, post meta, etc. Theme nav menu locations and sidebar IDs are exceptions.
