WP: 4.9.9, Multisite. Only first site affected this time, the rest is working (having different auths).
This made me think that it could be a triggered limit.
Very-very luckily, it seems that the plugin kept the id of the last auth and it keeps tracking the site
The tracking shouldn’t be affected by authorization errors, This is the normal behaviour.

We already checked this page. 🙂 We use the multiside mode. So the 25+ authorizations would not be the problem, right?
25+ auths, if you are doing it at the site level not the network level would cause this.

We only use the network settings and not the site settings. So that is not the problem.

Can it be the problem that we use about 100 sites at one network? And the other network about 10 now.
What matters is not the number of WordPress installs or the number of subsites, it’s the number of places you have authenticated with.
A person who actives ExactMetrics on a multi-site at the network level of a site with 10 subsites, has done 1 authorization.
The same person if they do it at the site level uses 10 authorization.
If you have 10 websites and you authorize each one time that will be 10 authorizations.
Do you know (or can approximate) how many places you have gone through the auth process?

I understand this. We have two authorizations, for each multisite one. But before we had 25+ authorizations. So we switched to multisite authorization.
Is it possible that the old authorizations still active or somehow in cache?
