    Pros: Got what I needed in a timely manor, filled out the questions for the team to create my conversion and BAM! perfection from the Dev team. Couldn't be happier.

    Cons: I don't have any cons really, it would be nice to know or have a place to fill out those question for assets conversions.

    Overall: Great! Couldn't have been easier. Widen as a whole does a good job with support. I feel I get more things done with support better than with my advisor.

    "The Widen Collective is Great, but Could Use a lot of Refining"

    Pros: Great support provided by Widen. I appreciate the easy access to chat and emailed support communications.

    Cons: Widen still needs to put a lot more focus and resources into improving the Assets app, Insights app, and Portals app. Enhancements to the UX and UI based on user feedback seems like the best way to advance the DAM system for ease of use and consistency.

    Overall: Overall, Widen Collective is one of the best DAM systems currently available. But if user enhancement feedback is ignored or slow to roll out, Widen clients will begin to peel off to DAM providers who offer those needs. Building more tools onto the Collective before making improvements to the mother apps will only frustrate users of those apps.

    "Steep familiarisation curve"

    Pros: Our Customer Success Managers (Kaia and her maternity cover, Frankie in particular) and General support have both been very impressive, with rapid response. Being new to Widen and recently taking over management of the platform for Tempur Sealy International, I've found assistance in learning, responsiveness, and solution delivery to be integral to quickly getting me closer to where I need to be.
    UX is fairly intuitive, and doesn't take long to become even more so. It seems continuous improvement is something Widen strive for, and I like being able to submit feature requests which go into a system for potential development.

    Cons: There's nothing I can call out at this stage. There are one or two things planned for release, or that I've suggested and have been submitted for potential development, but other than that there are no significant drawbacks I can justify.

    Overall: My overall experience is very pleasing. Having worked with a different platform before, I'm pleasantly surprised at how quickly my personal barriers to a different UX have been removed.

    "Great product and superior service! "

    Pros: I like how easy it is to use, manage and customize our DAM. The support team is always available to help, no matter what the issues we are having. There's a great community forum where you can connect with other DAM Admins and help each other out.

    Cons: We've been having issues with our login screen. Would love it if they brought back the drop down/fold option so employees were clear on how to login. People keep complaining that they have to make a new account but in reality, they don't. We have single sign-on but they aren't clicking on the right Sign-in button.

    Overall: I am very happy with Widen's products, features and most importantly, their customer service. I always feel like I'm part of the Widen family and collaborate with them often on making a great product even better.

    "Fantastic solution with great support"

    Pros: Widen hold our hundreds of users and tens of thousands of assets in a very easy-to-use system. The interface for end users is intuitive, and it's easy for admins to tinker and make back-end changes on the fly. Search is fast and powerful. The API integration is well done and well-documented, and the price point is very reasonable for something that works so well out of the box. For any customization or troubleshooting, the Widen support team is extremely responsive.

    Cons: While the interface is mostly intuitive and easy to navigate, some design choices are questionable and inconsistent -- e.g. three different asset view options offer three separate sets of options. Functionality can be somewhat limited, such as as with linked assets, but nearly all the features you'd expect from a DAM solution are here and easy to set up.

    Overall: As a DAM administrator taking over a system years after its implementation, it's been great to have such a strong support offering, including a customer success manager who will help me brainstorm, and user groups to network and help solve problems collectively. There is not so much customization available to make the platform overwhelming, but enough to make it powerful enough to fit our needs.

    "Excellence and efficiency when pushing products in digital channels"

    Pros: Widen Collective has helped us improve the way we conduct our overall marketing and the way we push our products and brand. It gives me adequate resources to make inroads into different digital channels, drive cross-channel campaigns for our products, and get our brand out there. It's an incredibly fantastic tool and very easy to use. It helps to channel customers, business opportunities, and more. In addition, it makes life easier for users, saves time, energy and its cost is quite competitive.

    Cons: There have been problems in its operation, and its performance was not what we expected; however, seeing that the Widen team were making improvements, we decided to give it another chance, and they have significantly improved its features, functions, and its performance, it was worth it, and they are still improving. It is an excellent platform to promote campaigns and promote the products and services offered by your company within multiple channels in the most effective way.

    Overall: It is practical support to promote campaigns that give impulse to the public's products and services. It has meant endless opportunities to make our brand better known and to channel excellent business. In addition, their reports and analytics allow us to measure the performance of our campaigns in the different channels and play an important role in our decision-making to continue promoting products.

    Pros: You can reach out to Widen's team at any time with any question and they are very knowledgeable and professionals.

    Cons: I am really trying to find something that is worth listing it here to help them improve, but I really can't think of anything.

    Overall: The tool is impressive and they keep updating and evolving during the years, but I think what really makes a difference in their product is the outstanding support they provide.

    "Highly Recommend Widen for Your DAM Solution"

    Pros: I love this product. It's intuitive to use, has great ways to organize assets, they are constantly improving their product, and their customer service is excellent. The chat feature to instantly be connected with someone to help you has been key.

    Cons: The Admin backend experience can be confusing, but fortunately Customer Service is incredibly responsive.

    Overall: I have managed DAM systems for over 10 years now and this is far and away the easiest and most functional system I've used. I love that you can share assets directly through the site rather than downloading to your computer and attaching to a separate email. I also really appreciate that they encourage customer feedback and have even made some changes based on the feedback provided. I would absolutely recommend Widen.

    "Widen is fantastic!"

    Pros: My e-commerce team was in need of a new asset conversion format. A quick search of asset conversion formats on the Widen Support center told me that the Widen support team needs to set it up on the backend, and that I simply need to email support with a few specific pieces of info. They warn you that it could take up to 10 days, but Cory was awesome and got it done within a few hours! It turned out that we needed to make an adjustment on our end, so Cory was able to quickly make a second profile for us to test. Cory has helped me lots of times-- a total MVP!

    Cons: No complaints. It was a smooth and easy experience!

    Overall: Widen is a great platform! I wish all platforms I worked with featured this kind of customer support.

    "RESTORATION!!!"

    Pros: Tristan @ Widen was able to restore my admin account, that I accidentally deleted, when I meant to delete my personal account (setup only so that I could see what external users see, when I grant them access). I am sooo thankful because I was told that usually deleted accounts are not restored, but that he would make an exception. He was very responsive to my questions, and I love how he didn't make promises of anything, but he did deliver! All, but one of my settings, permissions and saved searches were recovered. And, it was not an all day thing either, it took less than 2 hours! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

    Cons: The only thing that was not recovered, were the 12 Spotlights on my dashboard, that I recently created, but I'm hoping it is simple for me to reselect and spotlight them.

    Overall: PLEASED! SATISFIED! THANKFUL! I have to say, Widen Support is one of THE BEST support teams I've had the pleasure of dealing with. This team is always on point - efficient, very knowledgeable, skilled and professional! I never have to call, because they solve most of my issues through the chat. KUDOS to Tristan, Cory & Matt (I often get those two)! I LOVE the many features Widen offers to make it simple for us to create, upload, store, present...I am still learning your system, and am amazed at the different ways admins can track and share user information. Also, METADATA is everything!!! Thank you for this great software and to your design & tech team.

    Pros: I was sent an email back with step-by-step instructions. Very easy to follow and fixed the problem in minutes!

    Cons: It needed a new plugin. I didn't know how to fix the issue without help.
