    Pros: - Easy set-up
    - User-Friendly
    - Many reward features (points, tiers, specific item rewards, contests, etc...
    - Easy to segment and target groups based on purchase behavior, spend intervals etc...
    - Easy to send personalized rewards & marketing campaigns
    - Excellent customer service

    Cons: I have no complaints. I have been using the platform for 5 months and everything works as promised.

    Overall: I was really surprised and impressed with how easy it was to set up our loyalty program and customize it to our brand. Creating offers, discounts and sending out marketing blasts is straight-forward and works exceptionally well. We have seen our email opens and campaign participation sky-rocket. Our customers really took to the program quickly and it has quickly become our primary marketing tool. We have experienced a lift in average order values and visits in our store.
