Cons: We discovered the following drawbacks: -If you're using multiple accounts, it's difficult to stay logged in. also there might be a few glitches here and there, and you might find a lot of speech pause. The VoIP relationship is in shambles.

Jive has been a very valuable part of our company's operations for just over a year now. We originally switched to business VoIP from traditional POTS service about 2 years ago, but ran through a number of VoIP providers that really didn't cut it for us until we found Jive. Their system uptime is impeccable and we haven't had any notable issues whatsoever. The system integrates seamlessly into our CRM and works for our remote workers as well as those in the office.
