    Pros: We can interact quickly and easily with GoToConnect, and there's a platform where we can share content with the right people. GoToConnect is also cloud-based, which makes it suitable for a wide variety of users. It has a great dashboard and a lot of usability to help you with your needs. The setup is fast and easy, and the system is simple to understand.

    Cons: We discovered the following drawbacks: -If you're using multiple accounts, it's difficult to stay logged in. also there might be a few glitches here and there, and you might find a lot of speech pause. The VoIP relationship is in shambles.

    Overall: it allows us to set up a VoIP communication network that can handle both inbound and outbound calls. It's easy to get started with team planning and meetings. Because of its user-friendly interface and functionality, GoToConnect is one of the best applications for customer service.

  • Jive has been a very valuable part of our company's operations for just over a year now. We originally switched to business VoIP from traditional POTS service about 2 years ago, but ran through a number of VoIP providers that really didn't cut it for us until we found Jive. Their system uptime is impeccable and we haven't had any notable issues whatsoever. The system integrates seamlessly into our CRM and works for our remote workers as well as those in the office.
