Posted 2021-06-16Pros: OnePageCRM is the first CRM system I have ever used. Fortunately it was easy to set up and use so it became an essential tool very quickly.
Cons: Unfortunately, OnePageCRM is not available in France! What a pity for such an easy to use solution :(
Overall: I would really recommend using this tool for new or/and experienced business developers as it offers a wide range of features that are all very useful to track you customers.

Posted 2021-06-10Pros: Everything is super user friendly while being super useful. The pipeline gives an amazing boost to reach the objective of the month. The pipeline and the action stream are all you need!
Cons: Nothing. I like all the aspects. I nothing to say.
Overall: Amazing experience. It gives our sales objectives the tool to reach properly, in an organised way, the objective!

"Simple & Priced Right"
Posted 2021-06-09Pros: It is seriously just a single page to see your entire day in a glance. Other programs (I have tried) seem to want to get too detailed and time-consuming. I have used this program at least 3 different times over the years in companies I have started or worked for. Learning it is easy.
Cons: None for my usages. It fits my needs. Lots of training videos both live and stored.
Overall: Take the free trial and you will understand. Like I said I tried several and the last one was Osana...too complicated.

"Great CRM"
Posted 2021-06-04Pros: it is easy to use as well as having powerful functionality. What is great is that they actually listen to feedback and it is great to see your ideas sometimes becoming reality. The PC version is perfect and the mobile app has most of the same functionality. it is a fair bit cheaper than their competitors, I initially thought "well you get what you pay for" so it mustn't be very good. How wrong I was. It is much more simple to use than the other bigger brand names I tried out.
Cons: Nothing really. One con, until recently, was that you couldn't easily link 2 clients. You could link them by organisation but because my clients are consumers not businesses, this was not ideal. So I had to make a makeshift solution to solve this. 2 weeks ago they rectified it. Hurray!
Overall: I discovered it by accident whilst researching a new CRM for my firm. I cannot believe what a great find it was. They don't sit on their laurels, they are always striving to improve it even more.

Posted 2021-05-21Pros: The functionality is awesome is simply awesome at this price point and they provide 5* support!
You won’t have to deal with long response times, arrogant representatives or impersonal advise.
They genuinely care about their customers.Cons: Cannot think of any. They are constantly developing and listening yo user feedback.
Plus anytime I had some concerns their support have been outstanding.Overall: If you are a start up or a small business owner/manager don’t look any further. There is no other CRM with the same level of functionality at this price point and their support is simply amazing.

Cons: Honestly, I really can't think of anything to not like about OnePage.

Cons: Internal analytics are limited, but this is not our main concern.
Overall: Very positive experience, as a small organisation and really needed an easy-to-use system, which we were also able to adapt to our needs.

"OnePage CRM streamlines sales management from a single place"
Posted 2021-04-16Pros: OnePage CRM automates each and every management dynamic involving any sales force operation very well, which is excellent for being able to achieve more extensive and better specified sales transactions. OnePage CRM also serves to focus on areas such as the quality of support that salespeople deliver to each customer.
Cons: OnePage CRM does not include enough options for developing self-service based processes. Accessing the list of customer data found in any external software we own is difficult, because it relies heavily on integrating the OnePage CRM platform via an API, which is unstable.
Overall: Our conclusion is that OnePage CRM is good for its good analytical capability to transform customer data when you need to manage charts for sales reports. These reports that OnePage CRM allows us to create are easy to customize based on things like other formats offered by external services.

"OnePage CRM can meet our needs well"
Posted 2021-03-25Pros: "Tag" is a very useful feature, it is complex enough to trigger automatic tracking in our Klaviyo mail service. You can perform a lot of operations, such as rescheduling a set of operations for another day. Use the split screen: half is your operation flow, the other half is for selected contacts. This is really useful. It's hard to use here; we use OnePage in a limited way to make sure that certain advanced features can really help other organizations, but our deal flow is not based on this. We use the help desk ("Freshdesk") for most customer communications; in fact, we don't communicate directly manually from OnePage.
Cons: The checkbox system is strange: on the left side of the screen, it works like the "Select" button, but on the right side of the screen, it works like the "Complete task" option. I will propose two projects with different aspects. They will be updated periodically, almost every day. This should be updated and it seems too frequent. Several contacts should be combined automatically. Otherwise, potential customers may receive too many emails from us.
Overall: We use OnePageCRM (referred to as "OP" internally) primarily as a lead tracking system to track leads in a timely manner. We integrate it with Klaviyo, which handles automated emails. The way we use various operating platforms, I'm sure we won't use all the features provided by OnePage. Basically, we use it as a calendar to search for leads.

Cons: Does not have good tools for the development of self-service operations. Accessing customer information found in other software mostly oriented to marketing process automation is complicated because it depends on integrating OnePage CRM.
Overall: OnePage CRM serves to make communication with each customer highly specialized, and sales reports can append data from sales funnel platforms. Updating customer information is a quick process. We believe that OnePage CRM has a good level of analytics for managing data crosswalks when you need to work with charts of different kinds. Reports coming from OnePage CRM are easy to adapt to the working formats of other CRMs.

Cons: OnePage CRM being a software that executes several monitoring to choose a prevalent and truthful information, for certain areas of high importance, we can emphasize that sometimes it can be difficult, to visualize all these points, as an overview, which could generate a slowdown in the work fields.
Overall: With OnePageCRM we have turned all the complexity of working with crm tools into small lists of tasks to complete. We have achieved a simpler sales approach, with which we have been able to convert our leads into recurring customers, and we have quickly reached our work goals. The platform is very intuitive and helps to organize sales through a convenient task system. It is highly recommended for the management of standardized sales processes, and for the creation of action templates, which we can group and insert in our work blocks in a very simple way.

Pros: OnePageCRM offers one of the best solution to lead management and conversion platform. The user interface is very simple and clutter free, making the goal/target always visible. I am in love with the simple UI which make it very easy to track the progress and understand the complete progress over they lead within seconds.
Cons: What's the great platform for lead conversion and management. No issues.
Overall: OnePageCRM offers the best lead management UI. It's a boon for managers and make it very clear tracking progress of each and every lead and the required next action. it offers a great integration with the email client making it very easy to import the contact details and reply from the CRM itself the quotes and proposals. Posted 2020-07-23Pros: Right from the start, the OnePageCRM interface is usable by the newby and experienced CRM user too. We share inquiries and related tasks across a small group, and everyone knows the status of every lead with the click of a few keys.
Cons: Our only complaint is that we didn't start with OnePage sooner!
Overall: OnePageCRM is so much simpler to get started than others, yet has the important bells and whistles to add in when you need them. The help desk is quick to respond and helpful in ways that others are not. The interface isn't cluttered, as others are, with things that are of little interest.

Posted 2020-07-22Pros: OnePage is very user friendly and easy to navigate. It has all the functions I need in a CRM & more.
Cons: I use the system for bulk emails to customers but the limit is 200 per day, it would be great if that could be doubled or increased to 500.
Overall: We tried another well known CRM previously but it was difficult to implement and not at all user-friendly so we abandoned it in frustration. OnePage has made a massive difference to the organisation of our business. It's everything an SME needs in terms of a CRM and a sales management tool. The support I get from the OnePage is truly excellent - it's instant, it's personal and they take on board customer feedback so that they can keep developing their product as business needs evolve.

Posted 2020-07-21Pros: I really like how simple and intuitive it is. It is really geared well for sales and isn't confusing like many CRMs out there. I've been in sales, sales management, and running companies for 30 years. I currently use it for 2 of my companies.
Cons: No major problems. Just some minor features I wish they had.
Overall: Just a fantastic CRM that seems like it was actually designed for salespeople. I like that it's so easy because it means everyone will use it so I got it for both of my companies. It's the best CRM I've ever used.

Posted 2020-07-20Pros: OnePage CRM is easy to use. There wasn't a steep learning curve to start. Tech support is great in helping you navigate any issues. By focusing on the next action it boosts your productivity and allows you to stay focused.
Cons: Being a sole proprietor there are several features that I don't use. I can see these being helpful for larger teams and the needed forecasting for budgeting and sales.
Overall: When first using OnePage CRM I increased sales by 200%. I continue to stay connected and engaged with customers. They provide continued support and make excellent additions that enhance the user experience. I highly recommend OnePage CRM.
