Pros: Great product. Very user friendly and when you do need assistance, they're quick to respond and make sure you're able to get what you need in a timely manner.
Cons: We haven't encountered any issues of concerns yet that we haven't been able to address and rectify quickly.
Overall: Two thumbs up for a great product with an incredible support team behind it to ensure user satisfaction!

Cons: I don't have anything negative to say about Hubspot.

Pros: I have been using this for 5 years now and is a valuable part of my marketing arsenal it seamlessly integrates with all of my other programs. Lots of great articles. It is just a must for any business.
Cons: I really can't find any, maybe when I first started I got a bit lost but lots of vids great support.
Overall: 5-star review from me, highly recommend, as I mentioned support is awesome, once you get the hang of it very easy to use. Just a no brainer.

Pros: Easily collects prospect's information on the web. Connects to email, websites, and others. Other unique features and tools that other software don't offer.
Cons: Most of the features you want are in the paid version. Unless you're a big company their pricing is cost-prohibitive.
Overall: Not a great software for sales teams. For online marketing, it has what you need. Just be prepared to pay a high price for the features you'll need.

Pros: There's so much you can do with HubSpot and so many integrations. This really can be your one-stop marketing software with everything you need, website included.
Cons: Since there's so much baked-in, there's a lot to digest when opening up the platform for the first time. It gets easier to use once you know what features are important to your business.
Overall: Overall, I would highly recommend it. Just go into it knowing it will take more time upfront to learn than it will to carry out the day-to-day over time.

Pros: HubSpot integrates well with other applications.
The interface is mostly intuitive.
There's a freemium model, giving users enough time to figure out if the solution works for the business over time. It's a grow-as-you-go solution, very fair.Cons: I don't like that there isn't a "add / new" button that is universal.
For example, I have to go to Deals or Contacts or Companies, etc. first before I can choose the "add new" function. If I want to create multiple deals for different companies, I need to jump back-and-forth in the navigation a lot to do this. A simple "add new" with a drop-down would help.Overall: HubSpot has quickly become the sales backbone that runs the operations. I wouldn't know how to keep up without it.

Pros: As we are working remotely in the cloud integrations between our systems is Key. Their integrations with key software solutions for our business has made the transition and use of HubSpot great.
Cons: Cost. The per user cost can be a bit much, but they do offer some great value on the free tier. Just wish the jump wasn't as costly to use the full package.
Overall: Overall our experience has been pleasant and we will continue to use the software solution as a CRM for our day to day sales team.

Pros: For managing the organization with customer relationships and to manage their purchase history, their transactions, their communications with the sales executives, there is always a requirement of a tool which can record all these systematically. HubSpot CRM has this module well integrated with the support team. It store all the related data of customers and their products, purchases, etc. and can be distributed among the sales staff who coordinated in past. Very well reporting structure and auto Notifications is commendable.
Cons: CRM module includes every aspect of the customer data but there is some fields which should be customized as per the business requirements. That can be added in the master list and with definite text structure to avoid the manual entries. Mobile version should be enhanced for additional data entry if required.
Overall: Overall its a package of ERP which can be integrated with CRM, MIS & Accounting functionality. It helps in managing the customers in systematic manners and able to track the transactions (financial or products) and provide all the new notifications vide SMS and emails which can be customized as per the campaign and can provide enough information to the executives and management for their decision making.

Pros: I like how simple this interface is to use across the board.I like how this works and also getting the customer support they had to offer while using the system.
Cons: This system did not have a user to user setup process. I feel that this would've answered a lot of questions I had about it for the startup process. I believe that if they had someone help set everything up with a screen share would've taken a lot of stress away.
Overall: I am pleased with the services this has to offer. I love things that are user friendly and easy to use!

Pros: Love that we already use Marketing hub and CMS, then brought our CRM over from Salesforce due to high maintenance costs of outdated customizations on Salesforce. Hubspot assigned a manager to help us manage the move and he did an excellent job with understanding our needs and applying them to the cut-over.
Cons: The CRM doesn't have an app for quotes connected to placing orders in Big Commerce (they have one for Shopify) so we can' manage or see our deals pipeline in Hubspot.
Overall: Overall working with Hubspot is always a great experience. They are friendly supportive and helpful. They don't have success unless their customers do and they embody that. Very pleased.

Cons: I wish the free trial was a little longer so I could see benefits before I committed to buying it.
