*Cannot fill out credit applicationsOverall: Like everything else it is not perfect but is more friendly than other CRM I have worked before (E-leads, DealerCenter, DealerSocker)

Pros: The best feature of AutoRaptor is the customer service. Questions are quickly addressed within minutes of asking via their chat button. The second best feature of Auto Raptor is how easy it is to use and understand. When training a new employee on Auto Raptor they can be up and running in under an hour with a comfortable working knowledge of how to use it. We had Auto Raptor for the first few years in business then I decided to migrate to another CRM thinking that more bells and whistles would be even better. I was wrong! The users as well as myself as the manager spent enormous amounts of time just trying to figure out how to use it. A few months later I decided to go back to Auto Raptor and our employees were so glad I did.
Cons: No customizable fields. I wish there were a handful of fields that I could name to help make the program more custom to our specific needs.
Overall: Product and service is excellent. AutoRaptor does what a CRM needs to do and does it with an easy to use interface that users can quickly understand. The Dashboard is a one page view of key input and output variables that gives you data to help guide your decisions.

Pros: Autoraptor succeeds at doing the entire function of a CRM with ease and simplicity. There is zero clutter and confusion regarding its operation. The text feature along with its customizable templates help us work with our clients in our own unique way.
Cons: After over 5 years with Autoraptor I really have nothing negative to say nor any complaints.
Overall: I’ve been using Autoraptor since 2016 and with 30 years experience in Sales and Sales Management I find it to be both efficient and simple in comparison with other CRM’S. I would not even consider anything else. Also, the entire staff has always gone above and beyond when ever we needed them.

Pros: AutoRaptor is so easy to work with and their support is out of this world! Ericka is always ready to help at the drop of a hat.
Cons: There are some features I wish they had but they are always willing to listen to your idea and will take everything under advisement.
Overall: As a whole AutoRaptor is very easy to work with and maneuver through. With their support staff if you run into any problems they are there and eager to help.

Pros: Easy to use, love the text messaging and emailing made so effective. The customer service is the BEST.
Cons: Been with AutoRaptor CRM for over 2 years and haven't had any issues with the system nor with customer service.
Overall: Been using it for 2 years and don't have any complaints. It's very easy to use and effective. I wouldn't change AutoRaptor CRM at all, there's no competition for their product and the "BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE"

Pros: The overall usability of Auto Raptor is amazing. We have used 2 other CRMs in the past and it felt like no one from the car business was part of the design process. The system is intuitive and includes what salespeople need. The reporting for managers includes what managers actually look at. The other CRMS we used seemed to be over engineered for what we needed. The service is excellent. It is refreshing in this day and age to get live people on the phone without long holds and extensive phone menus.
Cons: At this point there aren't very many cons for us.
Overall: We have been extremely pleased with Auto Raptor. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM in the auto industry. It makes tracking sales and customers a breeze. It's intuitive and just easy to use. The implementation process is smooth and overall service excellent. The goal at the end of the day is to sell cars and this allows us to do so without getting bogged down.

Pros: AutoRaptor is very user friendly and the customer service is excellent! It allows us to stay on top of all leads and not let any fall through the cracks. This product is simple to customize for each customer and allows for numerous reminders and tasks to be set. It manages the incoming leads well and allows for equal distribution to all sales people. AutoRaptor allows for notes to be added to the customer conversation history which is extremely nice when reading what has been discussed. I have gained valuable reports from this CRM as well. The reports have enabled us to gain statistical data from our leads which in turn can help with decision making and customer service for the future. Another nice feature is it allows for email and text campaigns that we can customize and send to our customers. We can develop numerous templates and use them during the campaigns, as well as any post sale follow up.
Cons: Most cons that I have experienced are from my own lack of knowledge when using the product. Though, these aren't really cons as Erika and Jami are always quick to respond. They will walk me through the steps needed in order to get me to the solution of the issue. The only other con that I have noticed is that it would be nice to have the notes stay pinned to the page instead of having to scroll the conversation history. I recently mentioned this to Erika and she she thought it was a great idea and was going to pass it along in hopes of it getting added in the future.
Overall: I am a Customer Relations Manager and AutoRaptor has been invaluable in helping me do my job. Whenever I need assistance I just message Erika and she is always quick to answer and extremely helpful. It is a blessing to be able to talk with her and get her help. This CRM is capable of many things and has many features that enable us to meet our customers needs. They are always looking for ways to improve their product and help their customers do their job better. I highly recommend AutoRaptor and look forward to working with them into the future.

Pros: AutoRaptor CRM is very affordable and effective when it comes to handling all our custom relation management needs.
Th software is highly customizable and delivers as expected.
The features are more than enough and the UI is great as well.Cons: No problems whatsoever with AutoRaptor CRM. It is very effective when it comes to meeting CRM needs.
Overall: My experience with AutoRaptor CRM has been very positive. It works well and everything from customization to management is seamless.
