User has restricted access to his profile. What does this mean?

This message means that the user has added you to their block list. Their page's content is no longer available to you, and you can no longer send them messages or friend requests.

You can't remove this restriction on your own, only the user who blocked you can do that. If you have any mutual friends, you can always ask them to contact that user.
