The Measure NPS block offers the following options in its toolbar:
- Rating: This shows you the block before the viewer selects a rating from 1 to 10.
- Feedback: This shows the feedback form that appears after the viewer has selected a rating.
- Eye icon: Set the number of times a viewer must visit your page before the NPS survey pop-up appears. It is not recommended to set the number of visits to 1, because a viewer may not be familiar enough with your site to give helpful feedback on the first visit.
