Deprecate bloginfo()

bloginfo() is quite a specific function - in that, it references 'blog'.

WordPress is more than just a blog system, it is a CMS, and as such, the functions should take this into account.

I recommend deprecating bloginfo() and replacing it with a less specifically named function.

There are many functions in WordPress that still reference sites as blogs, like switch_to_blog() for example.

However, we do not simply deprecate functions because of their naming. We deprecate functions when there are better, more robust solutions to do something. (get_)bloginfo() works perfectly fine and is reliable.
