Support » Fixing WordPress » Mobile website is showing deleted page

  • A few weeks ago, I was having trouble with locating the html location of my website and posted to this forum. Someone informed me to delete the html page through the host (I use hostgator).

Remove the index.html or home.html file, either via SFTP or FTP or a file manager in your hosting account’s control panel, and all should be fine.

If that doesn’t work, try adding this to the top of your .htaccess file:

    DirectoryIndex index.php index.html index.htm”

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]
