Additional info: On further testing, User Switching worked with Firefox and Edge. But after the switch, it always landed on the dashboard. How can I redirect it to home page?

With browser Chrome, the switch resulted in some error messages:

This message was triggered by user-switching.

There’s nothing in User Switching which would cause it to behave differently between different browsers. I suggest clearing your browser cookies, logging in, and trying again.

Regarding the redirect location, yes this can be controlled via the login_redirect filter in WordPress.

If you have any more problems I suggest getting in touch with the author of the Simple Membership plugin.

    Cheers!
