Everyone has been so good to me at WP–very patient, considerate, attentive. Recently I had a personal crisis, and wanted to cancel the blog I'd purchased the domain/registered–and the guys were really nice about it. Then, almost immediately, I was ready to start over again–got a new blog, and wanted the domain name, etc. Rachel was the Star support person, after that–as I tried the Custom upgrade, and I'm too much of a dweeb to understand CSS. So I cancelled that and she asked if there was something she could do to help. I took her up on the offer, said I just wanted my colored text back–and she told me it was there, so helpful, kind and friendly! As I told her, I will always be a WP person–once I find something I like, I'm true-blue. Thanks for the Outstanding Customer Service–I appreciate you so much.
