    Pros: This software has been incredible, it is basically a free version of TeamViewer but it comes with a ton of useful features.

    Cons: Any cons that I have for this software is based on the desire to have it be better, considering it is free its hard to say any of it is a major con.

    Overall: If you're looking for something to replace TeamViewer look no further, this software has worked flawlessly in that department.

    Pros: I love it; it allows me to remotely access and control other computers; I have used it to collaborate, assist colleagues, and provide live customer support with excellent efficiency. Its interface is very intuitive, it is easy to use, and I like that it has an authentication method for accessing computers. Every tool has made it very easy to remotely control other computers and servers, communicate, collaborate, and support real-time.

    Cons: I love that it has a mechanism to authenticate user access to control other devices; however, I feel it is not secure enough; I would like users to allow or deny remote access to their computers.

    Overall: I have used it to provide and receive assistance from my co-workers, and we have been able to offer more support mechanisms to our customers without the need for them to come to our facilities. It makes it easy to connect to other devices, it's fast, and it's so easy to share your desktop to provide and receive support remotely. AnyDesk revolutionizes how you can access and control any computer wherever you are from your computer, laptop, or mobile device. It is a workable solution, especially for collaborative and remote support purposes.

    -cross-platform support (windows, linux, android, mac, etc.)
    -simple and secure

    Cons: -additional functionality to manage different remote computers needed
    -some more guidance would be helpful

    Overall: AnyDesk is one of the best and most cost/effective (meaning great base functionality for free) remote desktop tools available. The biggest benefit is that it is available for all kind of platforms and quick and simple to guide your friends and family to install and support on their desktops (and even mobiles). Once one becomes 'tech support' for ones family/friends (or better in small business), some additional management capabilities and guidances would be helpful.

    Pros: Essential and important tool for us to remotely service users. You don't have to leave the office to install software and solve problems on our employees' PCs. The interface is great, intuitive and easy to understand.

    Cons: We haven't had a problem with Anydesk yet. Honestly, the documentation is ok and the software works perfectly. I have no complaints.

    Overall: The experience in general is excellent and without problems. Works on any workstation and also on the Android smartphone. Access is fast and has no delay. It is all very easy and intuitive. It is only necessary to install the software on the devices.

    Cons: There is no adverse element to highlight, however, it can be said that sometimes the connection is not stable, therefore it is not an unfavorable point, only that a great link is needed to improve the experience.

    Pros: We are using AnyDesk to gain remote access to the system from a remote location. It is usually used by the technical department most of the time to handle and also resolve errors on various other computer systems elsewhere. This helps us save time and energy by directly accessing the computer and its screen on another system.

    Cons: Several basic attributes, such as the personal digital assistant, are not included in the free version. Automatic resolution adjustment sometimes does not work well.

    Overall: Usually, it is not necessary to get help from your side, as it is easy to install and use, but if we need help after that, there are several reports that can help people resolve any type of error or finalize all the necessary details.     Pros: I like the ability to being able to remotely control and getting access to another computer using the Anydesk connection bridge. It enables a seamless connection and super easy to configure with another desktop.

    Pros: Very good performance. Works on smartphones and PCs and supports various operating systems. Did not require a mandatory premium version. Works well even with the free version.

    Cons: As far as I've used, I had no issues with the software.

    Overall: It had been a great experience. A better or probably the best remote screen sharing software I have used. Works well even with poor network connections. One can solve technical issues right from their comfort zone.

    Pros: With AnyDesk application you can control or share the screen with any remote desktop. It provides an intuitive connection between the two desktops. It's used by the support team to fix customer problems.

    Cons: No cons. I will update if I face any problems.
