Pros: ConnectWise is great to have a small business owner. It is user-friendly and helps me streamline various activities.
Cons: The only con is that I wish I would have started using this sooner.
Overall: Overall a great software that is easy to navigate, and allows me to spend less time stuck behind a desk, and more time and energy on growing my business.

Pros: I appreciate ConnectWise's overall features. It comes with an antivirus, malware, email protection, encryption and password management system that users can access through the security module from any single solution. It's just incredible.
Cons: Customer service can be sluggish to reply at times, and they may not answer to some consumer inquiries at all.
Overall: This is an excellent technology that enables us to monitor the security of the system and to back the assets remotely. Overall, using ConnectWise Automate we had a great experience. It enables us to remove system failures as well.

Pros: Perform complex tasks such as patching and monitoring.
Easy to setup and install even for customers.
It's a very powerful tool, with numerous features to manage the clients' machines.
Seamless integration with other ConnectWise products.Cons: The UI is not that user friendly and can be a little complex for new users.
Patch Manager could be improvised.Overall: Overall ConnectWise automate is a great tool which allows access to servers at anytime for patching and maintenance.

Pros: It's got everything we need to manage our customer endpoints - patching CAN work (eventually when it's setup properly), scripting is powerful, Control for connecting to devices is the best!
Cons: Just like most RMM tools, it's a bear to get configured and working right. Support can be lacking, but community support can fill some gaps. Most CW products are expensive.
Overall: Our team has been using this for 6+ years and it's taken this long to get it working as best as possible, so keep in mind the cost and time it takes to get it configured properly. Once it's configured, it does a great job at Windows patching, pushing scripts, and we love CW Control for connecting to computers.

Pros: Takes care of updates, the support team is great, plus the technical documentation is great to use.Desktop sharing, End-user ticket raising are built into the tray icon which makes access really easy for users to create one.
Cons: Has a big learning curve just starting out. Due to its many features, it seems some areas are a bit difficult to configure. Inside all the greatness, there are some works around that you have to do for specific duties that could be automated.
Overall: If you are looking for a one-stop-shop, then Automate, Control, and Sell are a great way to go. Our team has loved using their products.

Pros: ConnectWise Automate reduces the physical or manual workload in a company.
Also, ConnectWise Automate brings uniformity in all the roles or jobs that a company is obligated.Cons: The issue of price still remains a constraint to new and arising users, and if there is mechanism to harmonize the problem, all other issues will be effective.
Overall: ConnectWise Automate has brought about speedy way of handling most of the business activities. Also, ConnectWise Automate ensures no manual work, and this saves the finances which could have been incurred.

Pros: I don't have the time to complete every task that my business needs, thankfully ConnectWise Manage assists me in doing that. I am so thankful for the Asset Discovery, Endpoint Management, Patching, and Monitoring.
Cons: None.
Overall: The amount of time I have gotten back is invaluable. I have more proactive support, and more technology insight with ConnectWise Automate.

Pros: I like how with ConnectWise. Has a security module that allows users to manage antivirus, anti-malware, email protection, encryption, and passwords from a single solution. It's really cool.
Cons: Ticketing is a challenge. It is included, but isn't a very customer friendly to work in. Technic support is a pain to contact and they don't consider support purposes an emergency.
Overall: Overall I use all the ConnectWise applications and they integrate well. I like the use of ticketing but unless you have to use support be ready to wait.

Pros: - ConnectWise charges by the device instead of by the user, this helps it scale very well on really large networks without the bills exploding.
- ConnectWise tracks everything in the remote deployment system. It immediately sends out alerts in the case of downtimes or breakdowns. These are very good features.Cons: - Customer support can be a bit slow to respond sometimes.
Overall: ConnectWise Automate is so good as remote monitoring and management software that it really adds to your peace of mind as a managed services provider. It has more features than you will bother to use and is the best solution at the price point.
