Pros: Nimble is the best email marketing tool on the market at the moment, it has the best scheduling and editing panels and allows us to manage in an organized way all our contacts helping us to identify potential customers quickly.
Cons: In comparison, the price of Nimble is high, although it compensates for everything it offers. The storage is very little for what they charge and it is annoying since we need enough space in the cloud.
Overall: Nimble is the best for customer/company relationship management. We highlight the use of profile ratio for our potential customers and the relationship with them in a very methodical and organized way. It is highly satisfying to work with Nimble despite the high price that comes with maintaining a premium subscription.

Pros: One of the best CRM platforms with a wide variety of features. With Nimble, you get everything in one place from a social calendar, messages, and critical information. It's a tool that helps a lot in marketing, but you can also have multiple active emails organized and stored in the cloud, so you'll never have a loss of information. I love adding people to Nimble through its browser add-on by highlighting an email address or phone number. It's effortless and intuitive, just what any small, medium, or significant business needs. Integrating with social networks will allow you to get closer to your customers in a surprising way.
Cons: I am genuinely delighted with Nimble and don't have much I can criticize; maybe the only detail is that I wish their mobile app were much better than it is; this would give us much more convenience anywhere, working more effectively from a mobile.
Overall: It has been beneficial to have Nimble; it has solved the problem of where to find out about people, what I am doing with them, when and how I have been in contact with them, and about what. It has been very beneficial to be able to automate business proposals and to be able to manage the database of our contacts. Working with keywords has been very useful, as we can use the most relevant keyword to search for contact information. Nimble has been a total time saver.

"Nimble has helped us to speed up our work with funnels"
Posted 2021-04-02Pros: Like other crm services such as Pipedrive, Nimble allows us to create our own sales funnels and manage them through different stages, so the reports that come out of the platform are really detailed and easily extendable. In fact, Nimble's results are better because it has more features, not just funnel-based ones.
Cons: Nimble, although it updates the information of each funnel live, does not allow us to superimpose the data of more than one funnel at the same time, which slows down our work capacity as we are used to review the data of several simultaneously, to create comparisons and write them down in reports.
Overall: We found Nimble to be a very functional crm, despite its conventional mechanics for working with customer invoices. We believe that the work can be greatly improved by implementing nimble's functionalities to manage channel lists, or the company's regular and potential customers.

Pros: Reaching our customers through Nimble is just one of the advantages that the platform offers, since communicating with them quickly is due to its multi-channel communication system, which allows us to connect several communication channels on a single platform so that it is easy to access them if needed.
Cons: Nimble does not allow us to manage our contacts from storage services, which would be much more useful if we could not download customer information. Our solution to this has been to store all your data on the Nimble platform, and create an external backup in case of loss.
Overall: For customer segmentation operations and direct communication with them, Nimble is one of the online platforms that has the most tools to offer. It seems to us that being able to alternate between telephone and email when you need to contact a customer is excellent to demonstrate dynamism.

Pros: Nimble is a CRM with a not limiting capacity when it comes to accessing data of potential or regular customers, from where you can include dozens of templates for messages and reports once you get the results of progress of each business that runs within it. The best thing about Nimble is being able to communicate with other salespeople to coordinate sales.
Cons: Nimble does not have a support for group communication stable enough to be able to communicate live with the rest of the employees of the online sales area, since it does not have a direct messaging chat. In Nimble it is not possible to include sales data that have already reached their closing date in order to update them.
Overall: Nimble is a perfect software to cover large lists of customers, leaving in front all the necessary tools to cover each communication operation with them as fast and detailed as possible, allowing us to create live reports on the communication sessions while we are running them.

Pros: Sales funnels are one of the most extensible dynamics in recent years in terms of customer relationship reporting tools, and Nimble allows you to exploit this capability to the fullest by being able to configure them to work from different levels, and by being able to segment contact information to create different sales scenarios.
Cons: Filtering specific contact information can be complicated if you do not have an appropriate data collector from which you can obtain customer contact information from their email. Nimble has no scheme for evaluating new customer prospects, which means that research can have margins of error.
Overall: As a service for automating mass marketing operations, it works well. Nimble allows for ongoing reviews of the progress of interactions with each customer, and if you decide to apply the sales plan to some of them, they can be easily separated to work with better organization.

"Nimble stores all of our CRM data"
Posted 2021-03-16Pros: Nimble transforms legacy data into offsite storage using verified lists, which organizes it better and gives us the assurance that the data is completely secure. Nimble's file encryption capability is the highest in the cloud hosting market today, ensuring that 90% of the problems we had transporting corrupted data are fixed. It is recommended to use Nimble to work with large files that need to be moved to the cloud in a short time, or to verify old content whose operation is in doubt. When working with a hybrid software like this one, you have the possibility of creating periodic backup copies of all the material you work with clients, including databases, but at the same time you have the possibility of sending this data to an external server, which means that there is much more mobility in the traffic of information.
Cons: Nimble is a bit limited in some of the mechanics that hyper-converged cloud storage infrastructures tend to possess, which provides a bit less power and elasticity if you are working with many private clouds.
Overall: Administrative management of cloud hosting no longer slows down since using Nimble Storage. This proposal offers intelligent technology that speeds up and takes care of our maintenance tasks in the cloud, in addition to greatly improving the experience of encrypting information and working with external hybrid clouds.
