"powerful tool with excellent support"
Posted 2021-08-30Pros: Jiminny is a great tool to train and coach my sales team. Setup was easy and my reps were able to learn how to use it in no time. I especially enjoyed the customer service they provided. The sales rep and support team were very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to answer questions. They even listened to a few feature requests I had and improved the platform after I asked.
One of the biggest pros is their pricing and low commitment requirments. They let you try it for free and even offer a monthly option so you don't have to jump right into an annual subscription. The tool works very well for a competitve price.Cons: While I have been using Jiminy, they do not yet have a deals intelligence feature like some of their competitors which include Gong or Chorus. Fortunately, they are rolling that out soon so this issue will be resolved once those changes go live in a month or two.
Another concern I had was a lack of private teams. I also spoke with them directly and they showed me that this functionality was also on their roadmap to be resolved very soon.
This tool may not be right for very very large companies, but for the SMB and mid-market companies it offers almost all of the features you would need. If you need enterprise-level permission settings, this may not be the right software at this time until they roll out those features above.Overall: Overall this software offers a very competitive price and an easy to use tool for my reps. As a manager it has given me a lot of insight into my reps calls, and created an extremely powerful way for me to coach them efficiently. This has dramatically helped me onboard new sales reps.

Our team is hiring a lot of fully remote reps, and this tool makes their training and coaching very easy. I actually have more insight into my remote reps performance now than I did with my inside team before.
It's competitors like Gong and Chorus are also great, but Jiminny is right up there with them at less than 1/2 the cost. -

Pros: It has been software with a great sense of intuition to create the analysis strategy based on customer calls. It helps me to communicate very often with customers and all staff. It integrates very well with trusted or more widely used CRMs; I like it.
Cons: Jiminny could improve the transcripts; the template is not up to date. They need to coordinate general updates.
Overall: We apply it to manage the analysis of each call in the sales and marketing departments mainly. You evaluate calls and all kinds of details when interacting. It is excellent and strengthens any point in the decisions; basically, the interaction is an object of study to activate then an improvement mechanism for better communication in the future, it is a great strategy.
