Pros: The platform is good and theory, but not super intuitive. Great you can make your design, but the various boxes are cumbersome, hard to size the signature block - required paying for support to right size our blocks. Took nine months of "support" to get where we wanted to be.
Cons: Support is difficult, they don't do phone support unless you push. They throw docs and processes at you, all via email. Still doesn't work on Macs.
Overall: Painful - Exclaimer could improve their customer experience a great deal, but they're friendly via email.

Pros: My company chose Exclaimer Cloud to apply legal disclaimers in line with all sent messages from Exchange or mobile devices. We chose this over using an Exchange rule because Exchange would stack the legal disclaimer's at the bottom of the message.
Around two years late, our corp comm team wanted to standardize email signatures for all employees. We were able to use your existing Office 365 integration and roll out Exclaimer to 800 employees in less than two weeks.Cons: The signature editor wizard looks a little out of date, however, it provides a lot of functionality that can be used to perfect the look of an email signature.
Overall: Exclaimer Cloud signature is a great product that my company has been using for over two years. I would recommend it if you are looking for an email signature solution.

Pros: Easy to use, seamless integration with Microsoft Office365, signature is always the same for clients, excellent marketing tool.
Cons: Couldn't set up a custom HTML signature, required to use only the signature builder tool.
Overall: If you want a way to have a custom, bright, detailed signature that works across any platform you send email from (Outlook, phone, etc), Exclaimer just works. The product and the support are top notch and I recommend it for everyone.

Pros: Can set and forget - once you have your signature created it is minimal admin after that.
Integrate with AD and AzureAD.
Like that blank fields can be skipped.
Great to be able to have different signatures by team, by department, by domain.
Applies the signatures from whatever device you use.
All company signatures are standard and perfect!Cons: Need to know what you need to import from AD or AzureAD
Rules can be a bit tricky to setup; Does take a little bit of trial and error.
You can't see your signature when composing an email.Overall: We started using Exclaimer cloud after migrating to Microsoft 365 and it is awesome!

The setup took a little bit to understand and master, but once you get the hang of it, it's easy to duplicate and apply to multiple signature.
We have different signatures depending on if the recipient is internal, external or something different. For example, we have Email to SMS and we have Exclaimer have no signature to any emails sent to a specific domain.
Management love the fact that all signatures are the same. IT love the fact we don't need to maintain them. As long as the info is accurate in AD then the signature is correct every time! -

Pros: The pros of the product and the the simplicity of the portal and navigation. The partner program was easy to set up and the documentation is very comprehensive.
Cons: It takes a little navigating to get use to the signature design module.
Overall: Exclaimer is a great product for creating professional centralized signatures. The support is very responsive and getting a signature up and running for a client is fairly easy to do within a day or two.

Pros: We use exclaimed across our entire organization. It syncs easily with Google, and pulls employee information and titles. The design tool (with a little research for particulars), is easy to use.
Cons: Wishing tool tips were more readily available. However, customer service is easily available and VERY fast to reply.
Overall: Happy with the product. Going two-years now, and have no plans to switch. We’re pleased that different divisions can all utilize this product with logo specific to their groups.

Pros: We have used Exclaimer products for three years now, and their support team is excellent. The few times I've needed to contact them, they have always been extremely responsive and have gotten my issue resolved quickly.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.Cons: It is missing one feature that I'd like to see but they have put it on their list of feature requests.
Overall: We started using Exclaimer Outlook and Server Editions to manage updating our logo for our 25th anniversary year. It saved us a huge amount of time pushing a special logo out to all employees' signature block instead of depending upon employees to edit their own.

Pros: * Saves time setting up new employee signatures.
* Allows Administrators to push signatures to client email effortlessly after setup.
* Easy to use template editing system.
* Easy AD integration.
* Easy mail-flow integration.
* If needed (which will rarely happen), the tech support engineers are very knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with.
*Helps employees spot spoofed emails that claim to be from fellow employees.Cons: I can't think of any, but if I do, I will come back and add them. We have been using this system for 3 years plus and so far I have not found any reason not to use their signature system.
Overall: My overall experience has been better than excellent.

Pros: Easy and quick installation of Cloud instance. Great conversion service for existing templates. A lot of great new features available in cloud that were not available in the On-Premises version. Better visibility and layout of signature templates, and accessibility to rules and settings.
Cons: Time Zone issues with Help Desk. GMT to PST time was not greatly compatible. My single issue did get worked out so this is a very minor con. and didn't cause any delay in my installation.
Overall: I was very happy with the conversion of our existing signature templates. I didn't have to recreate the wheel from scratch. The helpdesk support was able to walk me through all of the settings once I had configured them to ensure that I had them working as I desired. It was a very smooth and seamless installation and conversion.

Pros: The tool has finally allowed us to standardize signatures across the organization in a user-friendly way. The clean design of the signatures, and uniformity are a great positive for our brand identity.
Cons: Getting your signature to look exactly the way you want it can take some tinkering, but the design support staff are great and will help you design your signatures the way you want.
Overall: Overall, I really like the tool. Once set-up, it is very easy to apply new fields to your signature, switch out promotional banners, create new custom groups to accommodate different departments/groups of employees, and the support staff are great to work with for any issues.

Quick Tip: Make sure your data is clean before rolling out. Out-of-date phone numbers and job titles can cause a headache for the project team administering the solution to an organization. -

Pros: Our signatures were all over the place (truly the wild west!) with unapproved logos, images, and even a text art truck. We are a frozen foods logistics company that is growing at a rapid pace through building and acquisition and were searching for a solution to standardize our email signatures in (Google/GSuite). We have multiple brands and we wanted to express our image professionally both internally and externally. Our Exclaimer implementation team was very helpful, considering we had what would be considered a non-standard install, I could probably say amazing. We now utilize conditional big banners for timely announcements about warehouse openings, webinars, and podcast events. One of our acquired companies already used Exclaimer and because of this we had a team member with experience using the product - made things very smooth.
Cons: We bought fewer licenses than email accounts so accounts have to be added individually. This is not a criticism of Exclaimer. When we renew we will be increasing our licenses so that we can add as groups vs. individuals.
Overall: Overall I have been very pleased with the look and feel of our signatures. We have had to develop internal processes to include new Team Members and changes/moves. Exclaimer is easy to use and the support team is very responsive.

Pros: We needed to convert signatures from the on premise solution to the cloud solution and I'm glad that Exclaimer was able to do this for us.
Cons: The new interface is different than the old interface. This could be seen as a Pro though and really didn't require any training to use.
Overall: Great experience and easy to work with. The signature conversions were provided to us in a timely manner and the import was easy as well.

Pros: Now we can easily organize all the signatures in our organization. We like to have special signatures during certain holidays and special times of the year, and with the scheduling system, every signature is automatically applied on the right day and time.
The signatures are easy to create. We were up and running in less than 24 hours. We can create folders for every employee; this way, we can easily navigate all signatures.Cons: When opening a folder and then a signature within that folder, I wish there was a way to go back to the folder in question instead of the home page where I have to re-select the folder again.
Overall: We are loving it. It makes our life easier, and we know our signatures look good every time we send an email.

Pros: Exclaimer support quickly answered all my questions and when I had trouble following some of their directions they set up a remote support session and walked me through step by step. Excellent service.
Cons: No cons to speak of. They were very helpful with everything.
Overall: Above and beyond support, helping me do what I needed to do and pointing out simpler ways to do them using their robust system.

Pros: Ability to standardize and enforce signatures across entire organizations.
Multiple signature designs.
Rules engine allowing different signatures to be applied to groups of users based on multiple conditions.
Easy design interface.
Signature testing.
Import user data from Microsoft 365.Cons: The new admin user interface takes a bit of getting used to. I prefer the old interface as it seems a bit more intuitive.
Overall: We love working with this platform as it makes it easy to create professional signatures that work from any email client (mobile included).

Pros: For simple plug and drop signatures, this is a great product. Easy to integrate into Office365, and settings can be easily adjusted. Templates are easy to navigate. Customer service is great!
Cons: For very custom signatures, you need to get support from their design team. A custom font can be supported, but it will take some additional processing on the client-side. The downside to customer service is the time difference. While they have support all day, the ticket system can get messy sometimes. Each issue, even if it's related, is tagged as a new issue.
Overall: Overall, Exclaimer is a good product, easy to use, and great for formalizing signatures.

Pros: Simple to Manage.
All signature in a single resource.
Customizable to the Nth degree.
Ability to test signature applications.Cons: Not super clear on how to modify/add active directory attributes in the signatures. I miss the on-prem checkbox to do not apply a signature if it already exists in the thread. Exclaimer Cloud requires you create your own rule to look for specific text. Not sure if will be 100% effective.
Overall: When I started at my current organization, I had not worked with Exclaimer in the past, but had heard about it. This is a great product. Our environment was setup initially by someone who I don't believe had a great understanding of how the product worked at the time. I have been doing some cleanup, and find more capabilities each time I revisit it. Once you understand how it is working it is incredibly powerful.
