Overall: The software was good, but purposely locking people out in order to try and drive people into the paid version is an unacceptable practice. You can use Google Forms and get the same data and do analysis yourself in other software.

We quickly updated our plan to Advanced as it offered us better work alternatives, however they should create a more comprehensive free trial.
