Pros: 1. Readily available to walk thru and support acct.
2. Not pushy but accommodating in suggesting the best system depending on needs and great followup
3. Kind and personable
4. Easy to set up with all flow from virtual assistant to direct calls to the appropriate recipient.
5. Porting phone number was efficient and quick.Cons: I am looking forward to when voicemail can convert to text and be texted to my mobile. Hopefully soon

Pros: Virtual PBX is easy to use, they provide great customer service, and they offer excellent pricing options for new or established businesses.
Cons: Online interface is a bit clunky and at times a bit buggy. Not as intuitive as I'd like, but they have great customer support to help.
Overall: Overall, I'd recommend Virtual PBX! I've examined and used most of the competition and I'd still stick with Virtual PBX. I've used Virtual PBX for 20 years, and they have always provided a great product and really listen when it comes to service and product improvements.

Pros: It's easy to use a computer or laptop to make and receive calls, especially that for or business a computer is needed to handle the calls. Having support if needed is a comfort. We can step away from the office and still conduct business as usual. Thank you for a well thought of product.
Cons: Cannot think of any.
Overall: Overall, we are enjoying the call aspect of our business a lot more since we began using VirtualPBX.

Pros: Good price, great customer service, probably more features than I need, but may use them if I grow larger.
Cons: Occasional glitches, voicemail not easy to access (it's tucked away in the web interface, but once you know where to find it, it's ok)...no voicemail transcripts with the email notification...no text capability for lower tier plan
Overall: Great customer service makes all the difference...so nice to call and be able to talk with someone. Response times are excellent.

Pros: I have used your services almost from conception and must admit you are one of the few companies with services that have been working and reliable. Thank you for your constant reaching out and keeping current in the markets.
Cons: Nothing to report at this time. Any issues in the beginning were carefully addressed by customer service and resolved in the first call.
Overall: Spot on! Any time a company exists relevant to a business, small or large, relying on being a viable part of their business, it is mandatory that the services always work and stay up to date. You have done that. Thank you.

Pros: The monthly cost is cheap for the line with access to mail and fax. You can forward calls to any number.
Cons: It’s been very reliable, only problem was when they switched the operating software a while ago and I had to go in and set preferences over again.
Overall: Overall it has been very reliable and convenient with the ability to use the line for faxes as well as calls for a low price. The app for my iPhone works well also. You can call clients from your cell and have your office line number come up on their caller ID. It’s easy to send faxes and easily attach files from your computer as well.

2. Customer service - excellent across all departments I have interfaced with. (Billing, tech support, sales)
3. Product functionality - follow me calling.
4. Responsiveness - tech support excellent - not needed often but always going that extra mile.
5. Interface is always with a real person.Cons: Haven't had one yet. Haven't had one yet. Haven't had one yet.
Overall: We are a small client but every time we had had a hiccup or billing issue your staff have addressed our needs in a timely manner, professionally and always with the intent of resolving the issue.

Posted 2019-11-05Pros: I love the ease and automation. The options continue to increase which shows that this is a forward thinking company.
Cons: Sometimes the dashboard or message setting functions do not work as they are supposed to. Always able to correct it but this can happen while growing and having a new platform.
Overall: I love the service and hope to continue and look forward to new functions in the future.

Posted 2019-09-22Pros: In a call Virtual PBX to update payment details, I took the opportunity to address service cost and Dash product knowledge. Lawrence listened well and professionally advised a course of action to address these concerns.
Kamika Campbell gave kind consideration in adjusting the cost structure,
I'm impressed at the professionalism and level of personal care. It goes a long way in how I feel about the product and service.Cons: None
Overall: Contacted Virtual PBX to update payment details and took the opportunity to address a few issues on my end. They included service cost related to users and updating our V-PBX product knowledge. Lawrence took my call and patiently listened and advised a course of action that could improve costs and support coming up to speed on the Dash product. Kamika Campbell adjusted costs based on my request for review. Both were highly professional in their review, consideration and followup.

"Love this service"
Posted 2019-07-30Pros: I am a one man show and I can forward my calls to where ever I am. I can have many different routes such as my scheduler, or my biller or right to me.
Cons: There is a small learning curve but there is a learning curve to everything isnt there?
