Cons: Nothing negative encountered so far with this application. All functionality works as intended.
Overall: Overall, Sendbird is an excellent way to add high quality communication functionality (chat, video, etc.) to any app. Customer in-app chat support works flawlessly and reliably. Feature packed and highly customizable for all varieties of applications. Allows developers to take good communication functionality for granted and focus on other aspects of their apps. Pros: SendBird makes it really easy to stand up complex chat features with minimal overhead. Their team is awesome.
Cons: Documentation could use some improvement, but their team is very helpful in filling in any gaps.

Pros: Detailed documentation and proactive support team who jump in whenever we are facing any issues on our product.
Cons: Some initial features were missing when we had tied up with them and had to do some extra work on our side.
Overall: Overall it has been seamless moving to them and adding new chat features on our app by collaborating with Sendbird.

Pros: Sendbird customer service team has been very responsive in helping any issues that come out. Although they are a third party partner, it feels like they are in our own team. Sendbird integration has been very straight forward as well.
Cons: Sometimes when there are issues, we have to reach out to them, instead of them reaching out to us.
Overall: Very pleasant experience working with the Sendbird team. Would recommend Sendbird to other engineers who wants to build chat.

Pros: If you want to make an app real fast, you need to have Sendbird as it provides tons of API on your fingertips which can be easily implemented in your app.
Cons: No cons, easy to use and implement and a vast set of APIs.
Overall: Altogether, it is a great platform which let you integrate your application, so you need not make a lot of code for features which are already available in predefined modules.
