    Pros: Unlike many ERP software solutions I have worked with in The Precision Machining field, ProShop has a distinct functionality to capture intrinsic data, with little effort, from the shop floor. Hands down, there is no more important function to your businesses success.

    Cons: It takes a great deal of windows hot keys to be proficient.

    Overall: Would make the investment in switching, or pursuing, as a small to mid manufacturer. The most productive contract manufacturers are those who deal with chaos on a systematic basis. ProShop is a great solution to do just that.

    Pros: Complete continuity across our business platform. Implementation is smooth and aggressive. Integrated QMS that most competitors do not have.

    Cons: Nothing that we have found to this point, we are quite impressed with the product.

    Overall: Organizational improvements with document control and product delivery and quality. Complete functionality across manufacturing and quality management system.

    Pros: Very user friendly!

    Company works with you and makes sure you have full understanding of how to use the system before turning over full access.

    Company takes you through a hands on training course and is always open to questions and suggestions.

    Cons: Can be a little overwhelming at first when you start looking around in it but that passes after the initial training.

    Overall: Love it! System is perfect for what we do and is very user friendly and forgiving of any mistakes that may have been made. 10/10 recommend.

    "The complete solution"

    Pros: We like the fact that everything is traceable all of our actions,purchasing and requirements are documented and traceable. Nothing gets missed. All of the information for every job is recorded and easily recalled by any and all who need it.

    Cons: The dispensing of tooling to a job could use some more flexibility. Tooling inventory management is set up for repeat production environment

    Overall: The implementation of ProShop went very smoothly we were trained thoroughly and all of our questions and concerns were addressed thoughtfully.

    "It's in there"

    Pros: I really like most everything. The IT burden, since the software is browser based, is literally zero to install . You have a computer? You can access proshop from it. It is easy to use from single board computers--a real IT savings. The scope of the software is incredible. It covers all of your quality system bases for you. You know the niggling little things that ISO and AS demand but are really hard to keep up with for a small company? Things like reapproval of documents? Proshop handles those for you, making compliance easy and impossible to forget. Licensing is by the user and not by the station, so I can install as many access points as I want without paying any extra money. That means nobody lining up at the one terminal on the floor that you paid for to enter their data.

    Cons: The benefits of the browser interface comes with some drawbacks. Mostly cosmetic formatting issues. Sometimes data is presented in a text format that would be a little nicer if it was graphical as well. Not much really; you can really tell that this software was directed and developed by people who were on the floor pushing buttons and dealing with the administrative side at the same time. It takes care of everybody pretty well.

    Overall: I've spent a lot of money on software over the years and Proshop is the only software that I've ever bought that I didn't have some regrets about after the sale. I've been using it since early 2017. It's not perfect, nothing is, but in my opinion that is about as believable and glowing a recommendation as can be given to anything.

    "VERY VERY VERY Happy ProShop Customer"

    Pros: I am the owner.
    Bottom line....The system works. My people in the office and the shop floor love it.

    The context in which this was designed (fire prevention) is the context in which it works. It is beyond genius. It automates everything and turns people into robots. If this scares you think for a second how nice it would be to work with robots. Yeah. Now you get it. : )

    Cons: I had to let go a lot of people in my shop to implement this. Lots of friends had to go. Because the software exposed them as not dedicated. You will quickly see who is just punching in and who is there to MAKE MONEY!

    Overall: The best.
    This software can push your shop as close to the McDonald's business model as possible.

    "Stop chasing work and start realizing opportunities"

    Pros: Very fast all in one ERP system.
    Web-based allows for easy tracking of all areas of manufacturing from anywhere in the world.
    Support team is quick and easy to deal with
    System is upgraded frequently with new highly useful features
    Audits are so much more efficient using ProShop, with less findings.
    The biggest Pro: Saves our company time and money

    Cons: Wish it had a more intuitive Customer and Internal PO pricing structure, to analyze costs by QTY or Contract pricing for Customers options.

    Overall: Full paperless system that has made our company far more efficient in our day to day operations. Going from running around daily with paper in my hand, time spent traveling the shop floor looking for product, trying to answer customers demands, while also managing my company. Left us out of expand operations or taking on new opportunities. ProShop has completely made us think differently by their innovative ERP systems and modules. We have more time to effectively price and produce product while giving our customers the product they need in a timely matter. Every department of our company has benefited with the install ProShop. Their support team is very knowledgeable and always very fast with a response and solutions. I highly recommend ProShop for anyone that is searching for an ERP system.
