Pros: When I Work has a website and iPhone/iPad application that allows for managers to easily send, publish, and edit schedules to employees. It allows for employees to request time off, submit preferred shifts/hours, and allows for up to 75 employees to utilize the system.
Cons: I do not have any cons for this application besides the fact I wish it had scaling capabilities for larger businesses with greater than 75 employees!
Overall: I used when I work for 3+ years while working/managing a small retail store. The application was incredibly user friendly and allowed for the seamless scheduling of my employees. I would highly recommend this software to anyone running/managing a small business and needing to upgrade the way they handle schedule and/or time off requests from employees!
