    Pros: The software is easy to use, it is customizable, easily accessible to anyone, flexible, and is multifaceted.

    Cons: The software could use some improvement on the reporting feature. Many times as a user we get asked to run different reports that we do not have access.

    Overall: Overall, this is a great software that can be applied to the many different areas of a business because it is so flexible.

    Pros: - impromptu changes possible
    - really flexible
    - easy to handle
    - self-explanatory
    - can be used as a collaborative tool, tagged comments

    Cons: - currently not yet mobile-friendly
    - changes to contact information can't be made cross-baselines

    Overall: I consider 4myRollout my "baby". I've seen it grow, stumble and evolve.

    Pros: Easy to work with, track, reporting etc. It is expensive and cant really use it for all my projects.

    Cons: That is you have to add something you need to go back to a baseline. And if you are half done and want to update sections and adjust timing.. you need to delete that baseline and load the new one again having to update everything was completed all over again

    Overall: Overall has been a great tool to have to work with, track etc. The reporting tool are good and easy to share with higher levels.

    Pros: Ease of access and user friendly interface.
    The support is outstanding!
    overall very easy to use for all levels of colleagues.

    Cons: So far no complaints, as an administrator I would like some additional features to highlight upcoming milestones to team members outside of the project.

    Overall: Great experience and would recommend to all who do have a project coming up and require a tracking tool.

    "Perfect Tool for the Job"

    Pros: Ease of implementation and a great support team. This is a product that fills the need perfectly, ensuring that our teams are able to consistently deliver the same experience. It is also easy enough to use to allow for those who are not familiar with the tool to still use it, making it very easy to use even with outside vendors.
    Support has been amazing from day one, with the team frequently checking in with us to ensure that we are getting everything we want from the tool.

    Cons: Takes a little time to set up, but worthwhile. There is a bit of a learning curve, but anyone with some basic knowledge of event planning or project planning will be very familiar.

    Overall: Great way to ensure a consistent roll-out whilst maintaining flexibility to adapt to changes. The fact that you are able to immediately update all teams on any changes, and track the implementation of those changes, has been a great asset.
